Post Malone has always ricocheted between genres, but his new single “Chemical” — which he co-wrote with Andrew Watt, Billy Walsh, and Louis Bell — takes the rap-rocker all the way into upbeat, sentimental pop. Watch the video above.
This isn’t the first time Post has looked on the bright side of life. His last single, which peaked at number-three on the Billboard Hot 100, was literally called “I Like You (A Happier Song).” And while “Chemical” has a sunny sound, it still tackles darker material with lyrics about being trapped in a toxic relationship: “You break me, then I break my rules / Last time was the last time too / It’s f*cked up, I know, but I’m still / Outside of the party smoking in the car with you.”

“Escape From Kabul Airport,” a documentary airing on BBC Two in September, will tell the inside story of the 18 days in August 2021, when the U.S. withdrew its troops from Afghanistan, and the subsequent evacuation of thousands of Afghan citizens from Kabul airport after the Taliban seized the city.
The documentary is an Amos production for the BBC, in association with HBO and in collaboration with Arte France. It is produced by Emmy and BAFTA-winning Dan Reed (“Leaving Neverland”) and directed by Jamie Roberts (“Four Hours At The Capitol”).
The film combines never before seen on-the-ground archival footage from the evacuation, alongside interviews with evacuees, eye-witnesses, U.S. Marines and Taliban fighters.
Roberts said: “When the images of the chaotic Kabul airlift flashed across the news I immediately wanted to know more about what this historic moment looked and felt like on the ground, through the eyes of the people who were there.

Lock & Key, located between a gas station and an unassuming food window on neon-charged Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood, is a Black-owned business — something many patrons of the popular nightlife hangout don’t know. This is not a result of the usual oversight or erasure of leaders of color, but instead by design.
“I’ve always been the owner who doesn’t necessarily want to be known,” Cyrus Batchan, owner of Lock & Key, tells THR while seated in one of his establishment’s lounge-style leather booths. “One of my favorite books growing up was The Great Gatsby. It’s like, you’re the person behind the scenes that people know, or don’t know. You’re kind of in the party, but you’re in the corner, and you’re just there. But you’re throwing a great party. I love that idea.

Perched smack in the middle of Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter V album is “What About Me,” an accusatory, open-wound R&B record where the rapper croons heartbroken Auto-Tuned lines. “I stayed up all night for you/ Girl, what about me?” Wayne sings. “I shut down my life for you/ Now you run around with him.”

The Badlands can be a very dangerous place nowadays.
Rhys Coiro stars in this intense thriller Valley of Bones about a paleontologist discovering a T-rex bone in the Badlands of North Dakota. She enlists the help of a recovering meth addict, but eventually their shady pasts caught up with them.
The film also stars Autumn Reeser, Steven Molony, Mason Mahay, Alexandra Billings, Bill Smitrovich and Mark Margolis. It is directed by Dan Glaser.
Lrm got a chance to sit-down to speak with Rhys Coiro one-on-one in Los Angeles about his role in Valley of Bones. He plays the brother to Autumn Reeser’s character in the film. It was a refreshing role, in which he was known playing bad boys or bad guys for most of his career. He also discussed about North Dakota film production, which is a rarity for any films to be produced there due to distance,...

After premiering on HBO in 2004, Entourage quickly became a hit for the premium cable network. It was flashy, funny, wish-fulfillment television that glorified the luxurious lives of Hollywood’s elite and made almost every single guy on the planet wished that he could be hanging out with Vince, E, Drama, Turtle, and Ari. The series offered a look inside the film-making industry (although how realistic of a “look” that exactly was is definitely debatable), a great “bromance” between its four central characters, and a endless parade of celebrity cameos, and it was all fun…for three seasons. When Season 3 ended, Entourage took a bit of a nose dive in its fourth season, as everything became about the production and distribution of Vince and Billy Walsh’s passion project Medellin, in which Vince played infamous drug lord Pablo Escobar. Although it had a brief rebound in Season 5, the show never really recovered,...

Now I’ll be the first to admit that this isn’t Scorsese, but I have been a fan of the Entourage TV series for a few years. So to find out they were making a full length feature based on the show, got me looking forward to seeing the characters once again. Below you will find the first trailer for the return of Vincent Chase, Ari Gold, and the rest of the gang. (Turtle, Graham! Turtle!)
It really looks like more of the TV series, which is fine by me. And it looks like the entire cast of major/minor characters are making their return along with some notable celebrities. Turtle fighting Ronda Rousey in the octagon looks kind of lame, but I will tolerate it. Can you spot Billy Walsh’s Medellin back tattoo? Anyways, rambling aside, if you are a fan of the show give the trailer a watch.
