Danny Trejo now holds the record for the most untimely movie deaths
Danny Trejo has racked up 398 IMDb acting credits to date – possibly by the time we hit publish on this it’ll be 432 or so - but the former champion boxer has just snagged a new celluloid honor: he's apparently been killed more times on screen than any other actor.
Buzz Bingo did the math on this achievement using Cinemorgue and IMDb. Their research revealed that Trejo has bitten the bullet (sometimes literally) a whopping 65 times in his movie acting career to date, and has now overtaken Christopher Lee as the king of being snuffed out for our viewing pleasure. So, whether your mind immediately jumps to the memory of seeing Trejo kick the bucket in the likes of Con Air, From Dusk Till Dawn or Anaconda, rest assured there are plenty more instances of his...

Deep in the woods of Willits, Northern California lives a pot grower by the name of Brock (Bill Sage) and his wife Peggy (Sabina Gadecki). They are being visited by the young Courtney (Anastasia Baranova) for a while and not only that, but they are being visited quite often by those evil little grey bastards from space. Either that or Brock is growing some pretty potent shit. Things become complicated when a group of young campers decide to pitch up in the dense forest. No matter what is going on… There’s going to be carnage.
Well, that’s what the trailers and other reviews would lead you to believe.

How we deal with loss is a personal thing that affects us in different ways. Something we can all agree on though is that it can be one of the hardest things we ever have to go through. Jack Goes Home is a new movie that looks at coping with loss, or to be more precise, not being able to cope with it.
When Jack (Rory Culkin) receives news that his father is dead he travels home to look after his mother (Lin Shaye) who was also in the accident with her husband. Dealing with the loss, Jack begins to discover long buried secrets about himself and his parents that make him question everything about himself.
Jack Goes Home is a psychological horror...

“Re-Animator” is a 1985 comedy sci-fi film based on the H.P. Lovecraft story “Herbert West, Re-Animator” and directed by Stuart Gordon. For those unfamiliar with the plot, the movie centered around a medical student (Jeffrey Combs) who brings his headless professor back from the dead with a special serum. Rumors of a sequel have been circulating the web and now, thanks to Bloody Disgusting, a new “Re-Animator” film has been confirmed.
According to the site, the feature is titled “Re-Animator: Evolution” and is currently in development with Serge Levin directing from a screenplay he co-wrote with actor Johnathon Schaech.
“Our adaptation is a modern rendition of Herbert West – ‘Reanimator’ by H.P. Lovecraft,” Levin told Bloody Disgusting. “Moreover, we’re making sure that the spirit and the story elements are more loyal to the original written material of H.P. Lovecraft. It’s much darker, more thought provoking, and definitely more grounded in science than the first adaptation.
