In the living dead apocalypse, sometimes a blade—and someone who knows how to use it—is better than a bullet, as evidenced in our exclusive clip from Zombies, a new horror film co-starring the great Tony Todd.
You can watch Tony Todd and two other survivors fight their way through a living dead horde in our exclusive clip below, and keep an eye out for Zombies in select theaters and VOD platforms on September 29th.
"Legendary horror icon Tony Todd (Candyman, The Man from Earth) delivers another bucket of fun and blood when he takes up the fight against the horde of the undead that has taken over the world in Zombies, also starring Steven Luke (War Pigs, upcoming Wunderland), Raina Hein (“America’s Next Top Model” 2010) and Aaron Corteau (After the Dawn). We Are Movie Geeks wants to kick off the Halloween season with the brand new trailer for Zombies, starring Tony Todd (Candyman, The Crow, Final Destination), Raina Hein (America’s Next Top Model) and Steven Luke (War Pigs, Dust Of War), hitting theaters across the Us October 21, 2016.
We can’t get enough Zombie movies, can we?!?
This looks good!
When the world is in shambles, plagued by a zombie outbreak, only the strong will survive, but just how much determination will it take? Will Luke and his crew have enough ambition and ammunition to outlive the undead?

Sunday July 15th is the last day of Comic-Con 2012, and most of us will be completely worn out looking like Spider-Man in the image above. Chances are he's asleep under that mask. Sunday has always been a cool down day for us, we kind of just try to relax a little bit more and enjoy it. That doesn't mean their isn't anything to see or do though!
We've got a Fringe screening and Q&A, Doctor Who, Buffy the Vampire Slayer 20th Anniversary, Sons of Anarchy, the annual Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical screening, and more! I've always wanted to go the Buffy musical sing-a-long, but am usually trying to leave San Diego before it starts.
Just a little reminder, we will be having our annual GeekTyrant meet up this year to meet our readers, which is something we always enjoy doing! That will take place on Wednesday night, and...

Despite ruffling some feathers for complaining too much, it was clear Molly O'Connell was headed for the America's Next Top Model finale early in the season, and along the way she produced arguably the strongest print portfolio of all the models this cycle.
But when it came time to turn on the charm in a Covergirl commercial and a final runway show, her competitor and friend Brittani stole the show and the title, and Molly joined the not-at-all shabby ranks of Top Model runners-up like Allison Harvard, Anya Rozova, Raina Hein and many more who have gone on to have great success as models. So Molly has good reason to be optimistic about her future.
I got the chance to chat with Molly yesterday about her Top Model experience and what's up next for her. Here's Molly:...

It’s the America’s next Top model Final this Monday at 9pm on Living
Raina and Krista are going head-to-head in one almighty battle to receive the coveted title of America’s Next Top Model.
Tyra has worked the girls for 12 long hard weeks. They’ve been made-over, vamped up, dressed down, covered in clay, posed on a busy subway, squeezed in a Hobbit hole and repeatedly critiqued, criticised and broken apart.
Now only two girls remain, in a Antm final Bigger than any other: set to push Krista and Raina to the edge.
A helicopter ride take our girls to their CoverGirl commercial shoot, where they must perform to camera with precise and perfect timing.
A Seventeen magazine cover shoot puts them through their paces, and an intimate home visit from Tyra will bring our final two to tears.

Another fantastic episode of Antm last night began with a lot of bickering inside the model household! A Taco Toaster fire fuelled Krista to question Jessica’s abilities as a stay-at-home Mum, upsetting Jessica greatly.
The first Tyra Mail arrived and read:
Who Says You Can’T Fit A Square Peg Into A Round Hole…
The girls pilled into the bus and were taken to a location where Lord of the Rings was filmed! Met by Mr Jay, they were told they only 5 frames each to pose inside the doorway of Hobbit House.
Jessica struggled being too literally and too commercial in her poses. Alexandra was told she was too pin-up, Raina’s shots didn’t look comfortable where as Angelea and Krista were both praised for their performances. Both were confident that they would win: but it was Krista who took the reward!

America's Next Top Model runner-up Raina Hein has said that she was "really excited" by the compliments she received from Tyra Banks on the show. The supermodel - who hosts and created the competition - had said that Hein was the only girl that she was looking forward to photographing on a recent photoshoot. Speaking to Digital Spy, Hein said: "I was so shocked when I watched it. I didn't even know and then she made some comment about going to bed dreaming about how excited she was. "I was like, 'Oh my gosh, I can't believe Tyra said that about me!' It was really exciting and probably (more)...

Krista White has been named the winner of the fourteenth cycle of America's Next Top Model. The 24-year-old from Arkansas triumphed in last night's season finale over fellow finalists Raina Hein, Alexandra Underwood and Angelea Preston. She won a contract with Wilhelmina models, a six-page cover spread with Seventeen magazine and a $$100,000 CoverGirl contract. "I just want to pinch myself or something. I can't believe it. No-one ever thought it would be me," she said, breaking down in tears as the result was announced. Tyra told her that she was "amazing" and "the embodiment of America's Next Top Model", explaining: "You came in here didnt know what you were doing but you learned and listened and blossomed. (S14E11) 'America's Next Top Model' is finally down to it's final two and I haven't seen two equal competitors in a while. While each had certain strengths, I think that the exposure of the television show will help both Krista and Raina. I am a bit disappointed that 'Entertainment Weekly' accidentally dropped the names of the final two a week too early, but it seemed obvious that Krista and Raina were destined to be the final two.
I'm really happy that the show has moved to the idea of a double elimination before the final episode because there was a lot to go through if the episode had to eliminate someone at the CoverGirl commercial. Not only did we witness the runway, the girls had the Seventeen shoot and a family portrait.

For winning the 14th cycle of "America's Next Top Model", Krista White earns a contract with Wilhelmina Models, a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics and a six-page spread and cover of Seventeen magazine. The model hailing from Pine Bluff, Ark. beats Raina Hein in the final commercial ad and final runway walk.
"Krista, you are amazing. You are the embodiment of America's Next Top Model," Tyra Banks told Krista after revealing the win. "You came in here and you didn't know what you were doing but you learned and you listened and you blossomed. There is an honesty and a rawness about you that is so beautiful and we think you could have an international career."
Krista was so overwhelmed by the victory that she cried and prompted judge Andre Leon Talley to tear up as well. "I feel just overwhelmed, I can't believe it's me! Twelve cycles of trying out and it's me!

Krista White achieved her "America's Next Top Model" dream, taking those cheekbones all the way to the end.
On the Wednesday night (May 12) finale, the 26-year-old from Pine Bluff, Ark., had the goods to take down fellow finalist Raina Hein in front of the cameras and on the runway.
White began pretty rocky at the beginning of the season, but improved her skills each episode, winning challenge after challenge as she neared the finale.
At the final CoverGirl shoot, her photos were not as fun and flirty as Hein's, but White somehow worked through the commercial despite nerves, forgetting her lines and having to rely on cue cards.
The Anna Sui runway finale required the finalists to be lighthearted and fun, something that White was able to pull off even has she delivered a strong walk down the runway. Hein was clearly not as powerful with her walk, only improving...

But of course, before any runway could be walked or CoverGirl commercial shot, that foursome had to be halved to a duo. On "America's Next Top Model," who should come out on top in New Zealand?
Even though there are four model wannabes left, we get two back-to-back episodes Wednesday (May 12). So there will be at least one model who bites the runway dust before the finale.
Naturally, each of them have their strengths and weaknesses (and dramas). Let's break it down:
Alexandra Underwood - Wow, we're so thrilled that this plus-sized model has gotten so far, without the weird hang-ups of "Top Model" plus-sized past. She's has the unfortunate notoriety for having fallen down twice on a runway challenge, once when a giant pendulum actually knocked her off the stage. Ouch. She's been in the Bottom Two twice and only won one group reward challenge. It seems though that she's getting her mojo back and has been giving good face for the past few episodes, doing a great photo shoot with...

Fair is fair: This was the best episode of the cycle so far. Sure, it was still pretty crummy by Antm standards -- aren't the go-sees supposed to be a little more tense? -- but at long last, everyone in the cast showed signs of life. Stupid life, mostly. But life. Thanks, New Zealand! Raina gushed that the finalists were "the luckiest six girls in the entire world," but, like Norm MacDonald as Lou Gehrig, maybe she was being sarcastic. Anslee is gone, and six girls remain for Cycle 14 of "America's Next Top Model" -- you know, the rustic sheep cycle! This episode sees the girls traveling to New Zealand to do their go-sees and check out the, um, fashion scene. Well, to its credit, New Zealand probably has a seriously ferocious wool sweater industry. Anyway, it’s down to Jessica, Alasia, Krista, Alexandra, Raina and Octomom -- I mean, sorry, Angelea. At this point, Raina, Krista and Angelea have the strongest portfolios, but Alasia just may have the most raw talent in the bunch, and Alexandra, last time I checked,...

It’s time to capitulate: Angelea has a personality that makes the saints cry, and she has the shoulders of a 400-year-old banshee who lives in a cairn, and she has a weave that belongs in the backup wig closet at the House of Xtravaganza, but she can model. At the opening of this episode of Cycle 14 of "America's Next Top Model," Angelea makes no bones about how happy she is that she got the No. 1 picture last week and saw the elimination of archenemy Brenda. If there's ever been a more appropriate metaphor for Antm than this week's photoshoot, I don't know what it is: All aboard the S train, which just shuttles back and forth, back and forth, never really making much of a journey, and always smelling like career failure and boiling garbage. (Trust me.) So it is with Top Model, loathe to break any new ground or move in compelling, fresh directions; instead it just sways to and fro, from Grand Central to Times Square, from ratty weaves to arguments about respect, from annoying "you don't know me" screaming matches to over-enthusiasm for Seventeen magazine.

Eight girls are left in Cycle 14 of "America's Next Top Model". At the top of episode No. -- what, 6, is it? -- it looks like Raina and Jessica may be the fledgling modelettes to beat. Could last night's Top Model have been any duller? Somewhere between Brenda's blathering on about her haircut (still?!) and Anslee's clench-jawed perpetual sourness, I slipped into coma. If the next cycle of this show doesn't have some kind of compelling gimmick (actual human feelings) or twist (Born Agains vs. Atheists), I think we might have to part ways. A dance-inspired challenge? Excuse me while I try to wrest myself from this coma. Nope, I couldn't do it, coma: 1, Tyra: 0. A blah challenge, warmed-over fights, dated references, and an elimination that arrived by telegraph months ago -- Top Model, why have you forsaken me? Brenda complained that she was having an "identity crisis" thanks to the haircut, and Ren said she was "93 percent sure" she was going to leave the competition.
