Last week could not have gone better. My dates on The Bachelor with Sarah and Desiree were fantastic. I was hoping to make the same progress this week. I knew I had a fun one-on-one date planned first, but that it might also be very awkward if I didn't choose the right girl. That's why I decided to ask Lesley M. if she would join me on my Guinness Record date. She was the perfect choice because I felt so comfortable around her from the beginning. Amid a drama-filled night of surprises, Sean Lowe whittled his sixteen ladies down to thirteen Monday on The Bachelor.
To kick off week three, Lesley M was gifted with an entire day of Sean's company all to herself. Whisked from the mansion to the gritty streets of Hollywood Blvd, Sean surprised Lesley with a quirky museum date to peruse the Guinness Book of World Records where, interestingly enough, the Bachelor's very own dad holds a record for longest road trip ever taken. In the mood to follow in his father's footsteps, Sean proposes he and Lesley break the world record for longest on-screen kiss (3 min, 15 sec), which she eagerly accepted.
After easily earning their place in the history books, the twosome toasted to their accomplishment on a rooftop overlooking Los Angeles. Sean and Lesley proceeded to gush over eachother awkwardly before a blushing Sean gifted Lesley with a rose.

We're down to 16 women on "The Bachelor" and tonight we have three heading home. Plus Tierra falls (or is pushed, or throws herself) down the stairs. Oh, the humanity!
Shirtless Sean opening. Drink.
Lesley M.'s Date
So, one of the girls from last week's group date gets a solo, which is fine, we guess. But it always sucks that girls go dateless while other girls rack up multiple dates. Anyway, Lesley and Sean head to the Guinness World of Records, which kind of makes the show look a little cheap. This is like an attraction from some small-time amusement park (like Adventureland near where I grew up, in Iowa).
Then just as I'm done typing that, it turns out Sean's dad holds the record for shortest drive of the contiguous 48 states. His picture is up and everything. Ok, well, that's kinda cool. And now it turns out Sean...

Sean Lowe decides to shake things up a little on "The Bachelor" premiere, just handing out roses all willy-nilly, much to the consternation of the ladies. It is rather delightful to watch. But let's see how we got there ...
We kick things off with Sean wearing a shirt -- but surely that won't last long. Oh! And there it is. Shirtless at 40 seconds in. Well, thank God because why else are we watching?
The show makes us relive Sean's "love affair" with Emily, complete with him running through the streets of Prague calling her name and then pressing her up against a wall to make out. It's actually rather amazing the clips manage to find moments when Emily and Sean weren't making out, because it seemed like that was all they did. Which, hey, we don't judge because there are worse things.
As the plinky-plunky strains of Emily Despair play,...

“None of use deserve $250,000,” said gorgeous but mildly crazy Michelle Money during Monday night’s season finale of Bachelor Pad. Truer words may not have been spoken on the small screen all year. Well, except maybe Queen of All Meltdowns Melissa admitting that, “Clearly, I do not do well on reality TV.” Or perhaps blandly inoffensive Kirk weighing in on Kasey and Vienna’s unholy union thusly: ”They are an awful couple — let’s be honest.”
In other words, the guns of harsh truth were drawn and repeatedly fired as ABC’s dank Petri dish of reality romance castoffs got...

We've already recapped the episode portion of the three-hour "Bachelor Pad" finale-palooza. This is our recap of the live reunion show.
Intros
Hilariously, when they get to Melissa - the audience barely makes a sound. Probably 'cause they're all afraid she'll stab them to death. One of the first things that comes up is Ames running after Jackie's limo.
They talk about how they are not together - apparently Ames just decided they weren't right for each other and Jackie spent the summer wondering what she did wrong. Aww. I can see how he maybe didn't handle the break-up super well, he's kind of socially awkward. Ames is trying not to cry when he talks about how much he wanted it to work. Aww.
Talk turns to the Vienna/Kasey power couple alliance thing and William hilariously points out they didn't win anything and they aren't sitting at the end.

Anyone predict this? I sure didn't.
Although a weeping Holly Durst voted off her sweetie Blake Julian in the name of cameraderie with her sad-sack ex-boyfriend (and partner in the Pad competition) Michael on ABC's F*ckfest Bachelor Pad this past week, Blake predicted that things might not be over with Holly. He was right - the two 28-year-olds, E! has confirmed, are now engaged.

J.P. had a night out on the town with Ames, while Ashley spent the evening watching ‘Bachelor Pad’ with her girls. Should J.P. be spending time with Ashley’s ex-boyfriend?
Bachelorette Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum seem to be falling more and more in love every day. Ashley’s even moving to NYC to live with J.P. But while it seems the happy couple is living a beautiful fairytale, J.P. decided to hang out with Ashley’s ex-boyfriend Ames Brown — who Ashley said goodbye to during the hometown dates on The Bachelorette — on Aug. 22. Is it a bad idea for J.P. to spending time with Ames, especially when J.P. got jealous of Ashley’s relationships with the other guys while filming the show?
“Had to dvr #BachelorPad cause I’m out with @AmesBrown,” J.P. tweeted Aug. 22. “Good times last night with @AmesBrown. Great seeing u! Def going back to #eataly soon!

Last week, Ames and Jackie left, the only two human beings to ever escape the Bachelor Pad happily, with dignity and completely in love. Then the next day, we learned that he surprise-dumped her a couple weeks later with little or no explanation. Aaaaames! How could you?!
Maybe I'm being crazy, but it's almost like these people don't actually care about each other as much as they say they do when they're on TV, you know?
Now that we've had our one slim shred of hope on this show stomped into the ground, let's catch up with the horror beings who are still left in the game:...

Bachelor Pad host Chris Harrison has described Ames Brown's gesture of love at the end of this week's episode as a "storybook moment". Ames chose to follow his heart and walk away from the $$250,000 prize when Jackie Gordon was eliminated at the second rose ceremony. He chased her limo down the mansion's driveway as the rest of the contestants cheered him on. Speaking to TV Guide.com, host Harrison called the exit "one of the greatest moves in Bachelor History", saying: "Ames showed that, 'I don't need this, it's not going to change my life that much, but leaving here with my dignity and with my love is more important'. "It was a storybook moment only Ames [could do]. It was a beautiful moment and funny to see the cast applauding." > Read Digital Spy's full recap of (more)...

There is no fairy tale ending for Ames Brown and Jackie Gordon. Although Ames was seen choosing Jackie over the chance to win $250,000 on the Monday (August 15) episode "Bachelor Pad", the couple didn't last long off camera. The two confirmed that they are no longer together during a conference call with reporters on Tuesday.
Breaking the news, 31-year-old Ames said, "We had a great time on the show and chose love over money in the competition. We are not still dating but we enjoyed every moment we had together." Having said they dated for only "a couple of weeks", he added, "We just maybe weren't the ideal match."
The split, however, didn't seem to come from a mutual decision. "I personally was definitely shocked that it ended as it did," admitted Jackie during the conference call. "I was certainly not expecting that. I thought this was something that had potential forever,...

The happy ending for Bachelor Pad contestants Jackie Gordon and Ames Brown was short-lived. In separate phone interviews with EW today, they confirmed their relationship has already ended. On the episode that aired last night, Ames romantically chased after Jackie’s limo after she was evicted, taking himself out of the competition, worth $250,000, to be with her.
Following the show, the two spent a week in Napa together for a “remedial wine country tour,” Ames says, and Jackie, who’d watched him on The Bachelorette and frequently posted her appreciation for him on Twitter and Facebook, says she fell for him even more.

Bad news, Bachelor Pad-watching romantics, if the show hasn't beaten that spirit out of you already: Ames Brown and Jackie Gordon, who left together and in love on last night's episode, are no longer together. At least Jake & Vienna will be around for another week. Their ridiculous feud is keeping this competition alive!
In an attempt to reach new levels of class and sophistication, the Aug. 15 episode of ABC’s Bachelor Pad found its male contestants throwing paint-filled eggs at their bikini-clad female competitors, their targets determined by questions like “Who in the house are you least attracted to?” But it wasn’t just the ladies who spent the evening being totally demeaned! When the question turned to “Who do you want to leave the mansion this week?” all eggs turned to everyone’s favorite high-flying douche bag, Jake Pavelka!

But despite everyone hating Jake — particularly his fellow fame whore Vienna Girardi, who knew he wouldn’t be giving his winnings to charity – he managed to survive to see another week in the pad.

Bachelor Pad's Ames Brown said he felt like he had won the show after falling for co-star Jackie Gordon on last night's episode. Ames, who appeared on Ashley Hebert's season of The Bachelorette earlier this year, chose to quit the ABC series on this week's episode and follow his heart after Jackie was eliminated at the second rose ceremony. Walking her to the exit limo, Ames said: "I never would have thought any rose ceremony could be as emotionally charged as The Bachelorette when a couple falling in love are split up. No-one knows what to do when things like this happen... "You have to just stay calm and remember what is important, and in this case it's the affection of this beautiful woman I have met and the possibility we may be able to pursue a future together." > Read Digital Spy's full Bachelor (more)...

Ames Brown dropped out of the contention to win $250,000 on "Bachelor Pad", but he went home with another prize. In the Monday, August 15 episode, the star of latest season of "The Bachelorette" walked out of the show voluntarily to follow his new girlfriend Jackie Gordon.
Jackie was sent packing since she did not get a rose from this week's male challenge winner, Michael Stagliano. Acting like a gentleman, Ames walked her to the awaiting limo. But when the car started driving off the pad, the former suitor of Ashley Hebert waved goodbye to the other contestants and ran into the limo.
"I fell in love with her in a way I never fell in love with anybody before," Ames declared. He added when already sitting on the backseat next to Jackie, "I think it's safe to say we won Bachelor Pad 2."
Ames is not the only contestant who leaves the show on own request.

After week one’s epic three-hour event, week two started off with the same gusto. With things changing so much the competitions have become huge this season. The only safe place to be sitting during elimination is with a rose. This week’s competition was rough to watch. It was interesting how it opened up a lot of issues in the house, and also within certain individuals.
Melissa and Michael won the competition and each of them won dates where they were able to take three others with them. Could their dates have been any more different and could they have gone any different?...

After the three-hour premiere, how will we ever get by with just two hours of "Bachelor Pad'? Turns out, this episode was chock full o' drama-y goodness.
Post-Elimination
Kasey preens that he's in control of the game - "If you don't choose a side, you're going to get canceled." That's ... not a phrase, Kase. Are you trying to make that phrase happen? Kasey also says it's going to be peace out for Jake. Man, I never thought anyone could make me want Jake to stick around and seem likable, but Kasey and Vienna are accomplishing that.
Competition
The guys go first - blindfolded, backs to the ladies, the girls one at a time are asked revealing questions. They answer the question by hitting the man with a paint-filled egg. If they hit the target, they get a point, if they miss, no points. The man and woman with the...

Bachelor Pad's Jake Pavelka has explained why he saved ex-fiancée Vienna Girardi from elimination this week. Pavelka and castmate Jackie Gordon won immunity from elimination after triumphing in an endurance challenge, and their prize included the opportunity to ensure one other housemate was safe from elimination. Speaking on Ryan Seacrest's Kiis-fm radio show, airline pilot Pavelka said that he couldn't allow Girardi to go home early because he wanted to talk to her about what has happened between them since The Bachelor. He said: "She was so on edge and she was on her way out. Everybody had decided she was leaving. She would be off the show and I couldn't let that happen because I needed that moment with her. "It was me saying, 'I'm going to save you, you'll get to be around and stick with Kasey (more)...

Justin "Rated R" Rego, 27, got caught with a girlfriend on Ali Fedotowsky's season of The Bachelorette. On season 2 of Bachelor Pad, the ex-wrestler from Toronto got caught playing both sides of a house divided. He spoke with reporters about failed strategies (his and Jake Pavelka's), his Bachelor Pad crush and power couple Vienna Girardi and Kasey Kahl. Did you see anything that surprised you when you watched? Ames and Jackie making out right away. They make a cute couple. And seeing how the voting went. An insider says that Ben ‘is the favorite with the women trying out’ for ‘The Bachelor’! Has Ben already won the title of ‘Bachelor’?
Would ABC please just make up their minds about who is going to be the next Bachelor already? First it seemed that the network was priming Ryan Park for the role with all the air time they were giving him on Ashley Hebert‘s season of The Bachelorette. But now an insider reveals that producers are most likely going to pick Bachelorette runner-up Ben Flajnik, who was mislead by Ashley to believe that he was “the one” only to get dumped moments after he proposed!
Ben “is the favorite with the women trying out for the show, and the crew,” a source tells Us magazine. “Everyone wants him to find the woman of his dreams.”
Host Chris Harrison even thinks that Ben would be the best shot.

Welcome back to Bachelor Pad, a squelching cesspool of amorality, intellectual rot, and abject horror where wannabe celebrities come to play for the chance to take home a cash prize that’s more than double what they hand out to the winner of Project Runway.
But before the scheming, crying, flesh baring, and inappropriate touching begin, we get a status report on what some of our franchise graduates got up to after they retreated from the Bachelor/Bachelorette habitat and temporarily returned to their camera-free caves. Jackie is still seeking “love.” Gia needs a flow-chart to explain the ugly web...

A year ago the two of us were in the Bachelor mansion competing for $250,000. While we're no strangers to this game, Bachelor Pad season 2 appears to come with new dynamics and unexpected twists sure to keep us all guessing. We've become friends with many on both sides of this game, so now we're looking forward to sitting back with you each week, rooting and reacting as hopefully the most deserving competitors make their way to a $250,000. Bunkmates are still being chosen, friends and enemies are being sorted, the first challenge has barely been completed and already we have just witnessed...

When I was told who would be moving into Bachelor Pad this season I had high expectations. Those expectations didn’t come close to the drama and excitement that will unfold over the next six weeks. I remember sitting in the control room that very first night and someone jokingly said, “This is so good we’re going to need a three hour premiere.” We all laughed because in this day and age of Add, channel-surfing viewers there’s no such thing as a three-hour show. Turns out that little joke became a reality. We had so much to show...

Are you ready for all the flirting, drama and tears of "Bachelor Pad" Season 2? I can hardly wait. Chris Harrison welcomes us by saying that "Bachelor Pad" is the home for the men and women who did not find love on "The Bachelor" or "Bachelorette." He fails to say "some of the men and women," because if it were all the men and women who didn't find love, "Bachelor Pad" would be held in a football stadium.
Also - this is three hours long, so strap in, peeps. Hope you're still here at the end.
Run-down of the contestants. Highlights include:
Reliving Justin "Rated-r" Rego's wussy romp through the bushes trying to get away from Ali.Michelle Money is back and I still hate her. She's crazy, she's not as funny as she thinks she is, and she's super-fake looking. You can't even win me over with the "dad has cancer" thing.

Ryan seems to be ABC’s favorite, but fans love Ames — and who can’t help but feel bad for Ben, who faced one of the hardest breakups ever on ‘The Bachelorette’! Who do you want to be ‘The Bachelor’?

After much speculation, the 18th and final contestant on the upcoming season of " Bachelor Pad " has been revealed. ABC, the network airing the reality TV competition, withheld the identity of the last contestant, only revealing that it was a male who appeared on the current season of " The Bachelorette ." The blogosphere immediately assumed it was Bentley Williams , who toyed with Ashley Hebert 's heart not once, but twice, this season. But the blogs are wrong. The final "Bachelor Pad" contestant is Ames Brown , the likable portfolio manager who was eliminated after Monday's hometown dates. Brown joins fellow "Bachelorette" Season 7 contestants William Holman and Blake Julian . Other notable "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" alumni who will compete are Jake Pavelka , Vienna Girardi , and Justin "Rated-r" Rego . Check out photos of the contestants below and be sure to check out the three-hour premiere of "Bachelor Pad" August 8th on ABC. Below is the complete cast list.

Ames Brown last night became the latest love hopeful to be eliminated from The Bachelorette by choosy beauty Ashley Herbert.
They say that nice guys never win the girl and that old adage certainly rang true during the recent episode, as the soppy 30 year old banker found out that he no longer stood a chance with Ashley, despite trying to woo her in a conventional manner.
Last night Herbert was seen visiting the hometowns and families of her potential love matches and during a visit to Brown’s homeland of Pennsylvaniashe met up with his sister, mum, in-laws and beloved nieces and nephews. Sister Serena confided in Ashley that she was sure her bro had fallen hard for Ashley, but she admitted to having concerns that the feeling wasn’t mutual.
After the visit, Ashley confessed that she was still missing the ‘romance’ and the ‘spark’ with Brown.

Like a hangover after a wild night out, you knew the "Bachelor Pad" was coming. The reality TV competition -- where former "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" contestants compete for a cash prize -- premieres August 8th on ABC. ABC just released photos of the telegenic cast -- in swimsuits, of course -- and revealed two more contestants. The two additions are both from the current season of "The Bachelorette" -- Blake Julian , who just got the boot from Ashley Hebert in Hong Kong, and William Holman , who was too harsh during Hebert's roast. Check out all their photos, below. There is one yet-to-be-named male contestant, which many suspect is "Bachelorette" bad guy Bentley Williams . Williams withdrew from the show after saying he wasn't interested in Hebert, only to come back in Hong Kong and tell her the same thing. Of course, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi will reunite for the first...

" Bachelor " Jake Pavelka and his former fiancee Vienna Girardi are reuniting -- at least for the cameras (and a paycheck). The estranged exes will live under one roof for ABC's " Bachelor Pad ," a spin-off show where ex-"Bachelor" and " Bachelorette " contestants compete for a cash prize. Season 2 of "Bachelor Pad" premieres Monday, August 8th on ABC. It'll be the first time since Pavelka and Girardi will appear together. The last time the exes spoke on camera was their reunion on "After the Final Rose." Watch the spectacular showdown below and then read on to find out more about the "Bachelor Pad" cast: Pavelka has tried to extend his 15 minutes of fame by appearing on " Dancing With the Stars ." He has another reality show with fellow reality TV regulars Heidi Montag and Danielle Staub called " Famous Food " that will debut in the fall. Girardi dated "Bachelorette" contestant Kasey Kahl after splitting with Pavelka.

The second season of "Bachelor Pad" is upping the drama by bringing Jake Pavelka and his ex-fiancee Vienna Girardi back under the same roof, along with several other of the, uh, more colorful characters from recent "Bachelor/ette" seasons.
Jake and Vienna are the headliners, sure. But the cast also includes Gia Allemand, who was on the first "Bachelor Pad" and apparently has a bone to pick with Vienna over her breakup with Wes; Kasey Kahl, who according to ABC's release is dating Vienna now (really, these people should widen the dating pool a little); the polarizing Michelle Money from Brad Womack's second go-round; girlfriend-calling pro wrestler Justin "Rated R" Rego; and another Jake dumpee, single mom Ella Nolan, who comes to "Bachelor Pad" fresh off a broken engagement.

They laughed. They cried. They called each other names. Considering how heated and weepy things got when 15 of the most memorable contestants from this season of The Bachelor reunited on a soundstage in Hollywood, it might be hard to believe there was still more that went unseen on The Women Tell All special. Here's the best of what you didn't see: • The anti-Michelle Money tirades were more intense and lasted almost twice as long in person. "I never in my life thought I would get that emotional," Money told People backstage. "I was so upset I couldn't breathe. I never felt uglier.
