"The Biggest Loser" is on a nationwide hunt for its next round of contestants, and some of your favorite contestants are coming to a casting call near you.
Season 14 runner-up Jeff Nichols will be at the Chicago casting on May 4, and he has a little advice for anyone hoping to land a spot on the Biggest Loser Ranch. "Be yourself," he says. "Because it is these people's job to judge character and they can tell when someone is acting."
Jeff recommends arriving at a casting call three hours early, and advises potential contestants to be prepared to "hurry up and wait." But he maintains the potential gains -- or, losses -- are worth it. "I would tell anyone to go that has ever thought about doing it," he says. "Anyone who thinks they need a bigger kick in the butt to start their weight loss journey."

Jeremy Britt was one of five contestants to threaten to quit on Tuesday's (April 17) highly anticipated episode of "The Biggest Loser" over the twist in which previously eliminated contestants would be allowed to compete for a chance to return. Britt opted to stay in the game only to be eliminated for the lowest weight loss this week.
So does he regret the decision to stay?
"At the moment when I was eliminated, kind of," Britt says during a conference call Wednesday. "I made it a point to stay so I could go to my interviews and I could speak my side of what was going on."
Host Alison Sweeney and a lawyer for the show sat down with each of the contestants during the episode to discuss the revolt. During Britt's sit-down, the attorney pointed out that the show's contract clearly states that previously eliminated contestants will be allowed back into the competition.
