Billy Ben Moshe is an Israeli screenwriter, director and producer.
Born in Tiberias, Israel. She studied screenwriting, cinema and art and began her work in the world of Israeli cinema in 2005. She wrote the script for the documentary film "Director's Cut" - the life story of the film icon Menachem Golan. Later she served as an assistant director to Golan in his film "Hakatuba" based on a play by Ephraim Kishon and edited the dialogues for his successful film "Days of Love". In 2006 she produced the "Ashdod International Film Festival" which in those years became the third largest festival in Israel.
In 2011 she wrote the script for the feature film "Melting in the Rain" which represented Israel in leading international film festivals and won dozens of awards. In 2013, she wrote the script and directed the documentary film "Craftsman's Class". In 2015 she directed the documentary film "La Señora". In 2022, she directed the feature comedy "Valentinos".
