Roughly one year after Spotify announced its multi-year and multi-podcast deal with the Obamas’ production company, Higher Ground, The Michelle Obama Podcast will bow at month’s end.
Hosted by the former First Lady, Obama will welcome guests including: her parents, Marian and Craig Robinson; Conan O’Brien, former adviser to President Barack Obama Valerie Jarett, journalist Michele Norris, and gynecologist Dr. Sharon Malone to discuss vulnerability, relationships, and health. It will arrive on July 29 for Spotify’s 300 million users (free and paid) globally. Salesforce, Dawn, and Tide will serve as the first season’s presenting sponsors.

The Michelle Obama Podcast will launch on July 29 and will feature candid and personal conversations from the former First Lady. You can listen to a teaser for the pod here.
The pair said that the podcast will “show us what’s possible when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, to open up, and to focus on what matters most”.
