Before Marie Kondo, there were "The Minimalists". They built a movement out of minimalism. Longtime friends Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus share how our lives can be better with less. A new film about minimalism to follow up director Matt D'Avella's 2015 doc Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things. On their site, Millburn & Nicodemus explain: "Minimalism is the thing that gets us past the things so we can make room for life's important things—which aren't things at all."
