She is interested in various art forms from photography to tattoos, though her main focus is moving images. She likes to collaborate with other artists, seeing it as fundamental to a common evolution.

Being a child of one of the largest cities in the world Anice Jee is able to find inspiration in chaotic urban life, industrial landscapes and trash. At the same time she appreciates nature on its whole range from the calm to the wild. She believes that a story, as well as a beauty, can be found anywhere and in anything, you just need to change the view angle.
Anice Jee was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. Right after school she decided to study journalistic photography at Moscow State University, which helped her to develop both storytelling and visual skills. In 2008 she moved to Hyderabad, India, to do her master studies in Radio and Video production at Hyderabad Central University. This was an important sociological experience that taught her how to work with people of different cultural backgrounds and values. From 2010 to 2014 Anice worked in Russian mass media. To get away from a given news paradigm she started to produce independent music videos and challenged herself through taking first steps as a documentary filmmaker. In 2015 she moved to New York to take 1-year Documentary program at New York Film Academy. Lives and works in New York.
