More star power is being added to the upcoming concert following the coronation of King Charles III.
Previous reports indicated that a bevy of big-name British musical acts — including Adele, Harry Styles, Sir Elton John, the Spice Girls and Ed Sheeran — turned down the opportunity to perform at the Coronation Concert. As a result, the show will feature a roster of decidedly non-British acts, including Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Andrea Bocelli.
Now, more information is emerging about the concert, with Variety reporting that Tom Cruise, Winnie the Pooh, Nicole Scherzinger and others will also be part of the festivities.

Dancing on Ice star Christopher Dean has broken his finger just days before the new series begins.
Dean, who stars alongside long-term skating partner Jayne Torvill on the popular ITV reality series, shared the news with fans on social media.
The former professional skater posted a picture of his finger in a bandage, alongside the caption: “Yes broken.”
“We were trying the Iron Lotus, but ended up doing a Half Nelson,” he wrote, in a follow-up tweet. “Or did I just fall over a suitcase in the middle of the night.”
The “Iron Lotus” refers to a fictional figure skating move from the 2007 Will Ferrell comedy Blades of Glory.
Torvill and Dean rose to prominence during the 1984 Winter Olympics, when their figure skating routine set to Maurice Ravel's “Boléro” was awarded a gold medal.
The celebrity contestants for the new series of Dancing on Ice were announced back in October last year.

Fleur East has explained why she had to restart her routine in last week’s Strictly Come Dancing dance-off.
During Sunday (30 November) night’s results show, the singer found herself competing in the bottom two against EastEnders star James Bye.
When East and partner Vito Coppola went to perform her Salsa, however, the dance was briefly halted after “an incident with a prop” and the couple were allowed to restart. They danced again, then were voted through by judges, who made no reference to the incident.
The BBC confirmed that the couple had been allowed to restart as they had needed to checkt they weren’t injured and East and Coppola had “not begun to dance” before the incident occurred.
Appearing on Loose Women on Thursday (3 November), Coppola explained that he’d had a “bad fall” within the opening moments of the show.

Every year, Strictly Come Dancing brings its yearly spook-fest back to the dance floor.
By now, we’ve seen hundreds of dancers take part in the themed competition week, hoping to impress the judges with routines that are less trick, more treat.
For fans, Halloween is one of the biggest nights in the Strictly calendar. Design-wise, it doesn’t get more extra than this, with the perfect performance featuring a spooky costume and song choice that are well linked together. However, it’s not always easy and we often see a slightly spooky song title pushed together with a random costume that doesn’t exactly make sense or scream Halloween. After all, there are only so many times the show can do the “Monster Mash”.
The best Halloween dances bring all these elements together, from design, to music, to (naturally) the actual dancing. Among this top 10 we have a lot of tangos,...

Every year, Strictly Come Dancing returns to glitz up our Saturday nights... and every year, fans are treated to another movie special.
First introduced in 2014, Strictly’s Movie Week sees the contestants perform a selection of dances inspired by the biggest Hollywood blockbusters, with comedy, action and kids films all being given the Strictly treatment over the years.
But what makes for a really good Movie Week performance? Looking the part is obviously key, and you can always expect this theme to bring out some of the best hair, make-up and costumes that Strictly has to offer.
Ultimately, however, it’s the dancing being marked, with the best performances managing to show off the celebrity’s skill – something they often haven’t quite found yet, with Movie Week usually coming around the third week in the competition – while also featuring choreography that captures the essence of the films they’re paying tribute to.

Some are pleased to see this ’90s favourite of kids’ TV – which has attained cult status over the years – returning once again, while others still find the show too creepy and psychedelic.

Every year, Strictly Come Dancing fans meet a whole new roster of contestants, but they also look forward to the return of their favourite professional dancers.
While the pros have a strong fanbase of their own, we only see a fraction of the work that stars from Gorka Marquez to Oti Mabuse do on the show.
Behind the scenes, they take part in a gruelling training schedule with their partners, which can take up to 14 hours a day, and also choreograph the routines themselves.
While the BBC has never confirmed each professional dancer’s salary, it has been widely reported that each one is paid a flat fee of between £35,000 to £50,000 to appear on the show.
However, each dancer gets several opportunities to top this up, on the Strictly Come Dancing: The Professionals tour as well as in stage shows, musicals and theatre productions.

For years, Strictly Come Dancing has been providing TV audiences with Saturday night entertainment and some truly unforgettable performances.
First airing in 2004 with Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly as hosts, Strictly seemed like a celebrity reality TV show like any other.
But, the show soon became a huge national and international hit, with everyone from politicians to YouTubers taking on the challenge of learning to ballroom dance.
Along the way, there have been some performances you just can’t forget regardless of whether they’re worthy of a perfect 40 or burnt onto your brain for all the wrong reasons.
From the very best to the very, very worst, here are 12 of Strictly’s most memorable moments.
Ed Balls does “Gangnam Style”
When Ed Balls of “tweeting his own name” fame was announced as a contestant, it was assumed that he would be a joke act eliminated in one of the first weeks.

Exclusive: Banijay Rights has picked up global distribution rights to ITV’s Romeo & Duet, the network’s hybrid singing/dating competition and latest big entertainment bet.
The global producer/distributor will shop the format internationally following launch this Saturday as both format and finished tape.
The show from Goat Films gives contestants just one “sing” to entice a singleton down from a balcony, and at that point the two come face-to-face for the first time. The newly formed couple will then head off on a duet-date to learn a duet, before returning later in the show to perform the song in a singing competition against the other couples to be crowned the winners.
Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse is hosting as Romeo & Duet gets set to launch on Saturday, following a number of other big ITV entertainment bets including Starstruck and Walk the Line.

ITV has commissioned a second season of South Korean spin-off format The Masked Dancer.
The eight-episode series-order for Argonon indie Bandicoot Scotland comes as ITV preps to air the third run of The Masked Singer UK, as the two become established parts of the network’s Saturday night schedule.
The Masked Dancer sees 12 celebrities dancing in masks as judges Oti Mabuse, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall and Mo Gilligan attempt to guess who they are, with at least one eliminated each week as host Joel Dommett presides. Last year’s competition was won by gymnast Louis Smith, who was disguised as Carwash.
While it didn’t rate as well as The Masked Singer, the show still regularly topped 3M overnight viewers – a solid showing for a spin-off entertainment offering. There had, however, been rumors that the show would be cancelled after one run as ITV looks to return Britain’s Got Talent to the schedules,...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race UK” is back and after an iconic second season, the queens of season 3 are pulling out all the stops to live up to their predecessors. In last week’s premiere, River Medway left host RuPaul Charles in stitches as she shimmied down the runway with a traffic cone on her head pretending to be a famous pointing statue from her hometown Medway. Ru didn’t select River as one of the top queens of the week though–instead hailing fashion darling Krystal Versace and the first Afab queen in series history Victoria Scone as the best of the bunch. Krystal beat Victoria in a first ever top 2 showdown lip sync, followed by a traditional Lsfyl between the bottom 2 that resulted in Elektra Fence sending Anubis home.
On today’s second episode, the 11 remaining queens serve body-ody-ody as instructors in Ru’s latest business venture, Dragoton, a virtual fitness company.

The show will be hosted by comedian Joel Dommett, and panelists will include dancer Oti Mabuse (“Strictly Come Dancing”) alongside Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan and Davina McCall.
The final of “The Masked Singer” attracted a consolidated audience of 10 million viewers for ITV.

ITV is doubling down on masked entertainment shows. Following the soaraway success of The Masked Singer in the UK, the commercial broadcaster has ordered The Masked Dancer.
Bandicoot Scotland will make a seven-part series based on the spin-off show for late spring, meaning it will help fill a giant Britain’s Got Talent-shaped hole in ITV’s schedule after the Simon Cowell talent series was abandoned this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Twelve celebrities will perform unique dances, while covered from head to toe in extravagant, colorful costumes and masks, leaving viewers and a star panel to guess their identities.
Those doing the guessing in the studio will include Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan, and Davina McCall, who already feature on The Masked Singer. They will be joined by Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse. Comedian Joel Dommett hosts.

The BBC has canceled Simon Cowell’s dance format “The Greatest Dancer,” produced by Syco and Fremantle, after two seasons on air.
“The Greatest Dancer” sees previously undiscovered dance acts perform live weekly for dance captains Cheryl Tweedy, Oti Mabuse, “Glee’s” Matthew Morrison and Todrick Hall and a studio audience in a competition to win £50,000 and a chance to perform on “Strictly Come Dancing.” The series was hosted by Alesha Dixon and Jordan Banjo, and aired on flagship channel BBC One.
Despite appealing to younger audiences, the second season struggled in the ratings, drawing a reported 2.8 million viewers for its final month. The dance show also faced stiff competition from ITV hit “The Masked Singer” on Saturday nights.

Simon Cowell’s dance competition series The Greatest Dancer has been canceled by BBC One after two seasons.
The Syco and Fremantle show sees dancers competing by performing a routine in front of a mirror, which opens up to reveal the audience if they secure enough votes.
It was hosted by Alesha Dixon and Jordan Banjo, and featured Glee’s Matthew Morrison as a dance captain alongside Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse and singer Cheryl Tweedy.
The first season rated well and was quickly handed a recommission, but it failed to hit the same highs on its return this year and was regularly thrashed by ITV’s The Masked Singer.
A BBC spokeswoman said: “Whilst there are no plans for a further series of The Greatest Dancer, we are proud of the show and would like to thank everyone involved in bringing so many memorable moments to BBC One.

Justin Timberlake subscribes to the philosophy that “the show must go on”… even when plastic bottles filled with urine are being chucked at him.
The “Mirrors” singer recounted on “The Graham Norton Show” Friday one particularly traumatizing concert performance around the beginning of his solo career that went horribly wrong after Mick Jagger had asked him to join a festival lineup that included rock legends like The Rolling Stones and Acdc in Toronto, Ontario.
Timberlake was on stage, singing his heart out when things got… messy.

Anthony Ogogo has come out swinging after his exit from Strictly Come Dancing.
The boxer says that he believes the judges all scored him harshly and that, apart from Darcey Bussell, they didn't say goodbye after his exit.
"I do think the judges were quite critical of me. From the first week, I think I was scored quite harshly," he said.
Ogogo added that he felt, despite working with professional partner Oti Mabuse on righting previous errors, the judges never highlighted his improvements and just found more things to criticise.
"In my opinion, when other dancers weren't as technically brilliant as Helen George or Jay McGuiness, they'd attack it with strength, power, energy and enthusiasm," he said. "They were getting, 'Well done, it was good, you brought the energy'.
"Whereas if I did the same thing it was, 'Your feet weren't good enough, your hands are wrong and your arms are wrong'.

Anthony Ogogo has been eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing - and the boxer reckons his exit may have been influenced by bad song choices.
Ogogo and his partner Oti Mabuse danced the Paso Doble to 'Eye of the Tiger' from Rocky last night, but Ogogo tells Digital Spy that he wasn't too impressed with the production's decision.
"I actually had a feeling that yesterday's song choice wasn't the best," he said. "I'm a boxer, it's Movie Week, let's do Rocky – I do get it.
"But at 6.30 on a Saturday evening, it's a family show and there's me with a sour face in front of the camera. It looks quite aggressive. But that's the routine the production wanted us to have.
"I'm a big James Bond fan, I'd have much rather have done a James Bond number or a Disney number, something family-orientated. But production were very adamant that I had to do this.

Strictly Come Dancing's Anthony Ogogo has said that his injured arm may have destroyed his chances of progressing in the show.
The boxer, who was voted off the show tonight after scoring 19 in his Rocky-themed Paso Doble with partner Oti Mabuse, said that he'd been hoping to stay in the competition long enough to recover from his injury.
"This week is the first week I've been able to clean my teeth with my right hand because I couldn't even get my hand up that high," he said.
"Not being able to move my arm around has definitely hindered me, which is a shame because I hoped that eventually, because of my lack of dance ability... I think my shoulder should have been healed 12 weeks post-operation, which is in about four weeks time.

After a dramatic, movie-themed weekend of Strictly Come Dancing, it was Anthony Ogogo's time to take off the boxing gloves and leave the sequinned ring.
Boxer Ogogo and his partner Oti Mabuse faced the dance-off alongside chef Ainsley Harriott and his partner Natalie Lowe, but it was Ogogo's turn to go as all four judges opted to save Harriott and Lowe.
Ogogo was graceful in defeat, saying: "It's been brilliant. I want to thank Oti, she has been amazing.
"I feel sorry for her because she got lumbered with me - I can't dance and I've got a poorly little shoulder. She's done a wonderful job with me, so thank you."
But should Ogogo have left or did he have more to give to the competition? Vote in our poll below:...

Week three of Strictly Come Dancing was movie night, ensuring an array of ridiculous costumes and routines. It also saw its fair share of drama (thanks to Len), and the highest score of the series so far!
Naturally, Twitter had a lot to say, and so Digital Spy rounded up the best reactions of the evening for your pleasure. Enjoy!
The opening number, being movie week, was naturally theatrical:
You'd have to be a dried up piece of crust not to Love #Strictly's wonderful opening to Movie Week. Either that or a Daily Mail reader.

Just as well Iwan left. Don't think I could have coped with a rhumba to Chariots of Fire #Scd
— Lily Tomlinson (@lilyvtomlinson) October 10, 2015
How Fab-u-lous was dat opening number on #Strictly
— Rose (@MsRoseCavalier) October 10, 2015
The VTs started to get on peoples' nerves slightly:

Digital Spy was watching along and have rounded up all of the scores and judges comments.
1. Carol Kirkwood & Pasha Kovalev dancing the quickstep to 'Wash That Man' from South Pacific: 3+5+5+4=17

Len: "I thought that routine had far more content than previous weeks. I love the way you come out and enjoy yourself, and it made me enjoy it. A lovely bubbly dance."
2. Anthony Ogogo & Oti Mabuse dancing the Paso Doble to 'Eye of the Tiger' from Rocky: 4+6+5+4=19
