As the saying goes, "all you need is love."
One thing New Amsterdam manages to do is cling to the bits of hope and finds light in the darkness. It's what often separates it from its medical drama counterparts.
And New Amsterdam Season 3 finished on an upswing with Max racing to Helen's apartment like something out of a romantic comedy and kissing her senseless before closing the door.
It was a scene that rocked the fandom, especially Sharpwin 'shippers, who waited three seasons for the chemistry between the pair to boil over into sexy, romantic goodness.
And that's what we can look forward to in New Amsterdam's fourth season.
Now, we get to see Max and Helen navigate this new phase in their relationship, and it can't come at a better time.
The key art for the new season centers on our beloved lead, Max Goodwin.

Well, this certainly bodes well for “Sharpwin” fans. When New Amsterdam returns for Season 4, the NBC drama’s theme will be: “Love heals,” states TVLine’s exclusive key art for the upcoming run.
Considering those words are plastered over Max’s face, we have to believe the widower’s heart is on the mend and that he’s moving on after recently taking a big romantic leap. We doubt we have to remind you that the doc finally removed his wedding ring and then kissed Helen in the Season 3 finale, acting on long-simmering feelings for his friend/colleague.

New Amsterdam is adding another new doctor to its ranks… and this one might fill the shoes of someone we already know! The NBC medical drama has tapped Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist guest star Sandra Mae Frank to recur during Season 4 as a deaf surgeon, TVLine has learned exclusively.
“Young, talented and self-assured, Dr. Wilder is one of the few deaf surgeons in New York City. She’s also one of the best surgeons, period,” showrunner David Schulner tells TVLine. “But when Max tries to lure her to New Amsterdam, she refuses to join his team. Many times, in fact.

If 2020 has taught us anything it is that we need to be happy with ourselves and the life we live in. We live in a time when we have full choice of the life we lead, and in the end why should people stand in our way? Under My Skin is a movie that shows the difficulties of making choices, and how these choices change the relationships we are in.
Denny is a free spirited artist, who falls for Ryan, a strait-laced lawyer. When Denny begins to question their gender, it starts to test the love between the two.
For a person to be truly happy, they have to be comfortable in their own skin, and that is why I always support a persons choice to change who they are. This is...

In a big win for non-binary representation in entertainment, the dramatic independent film “Under My Skin” will make its world premiere at London’s Raindance Film Festival on Oct. 29.
Liv Hewson stars as Denny, a free-spirited artist, who falls for a straight-laced, corporate lawyer named Ryan, played by Alex Russell; but the young romance is tested when Denny begins to explore their gender identity.
