The Elusive Samurai , an upcoming TV anime based on the historical fiction manga of the same name, has published a new trailer for the series (below), which will broadcast in Japan on Tokyo Mx, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, BS11, Mainichi Broadcasting System and other stations beginning on July 6, 2024. Known as Nige Jozu no Wakagimi in Japan, the original The Elusive Samurai manga by Yusei Matsui is serialized by Shueisha in their Weekly Shonen Jump manga magazine, and an English language version is available from Viz Media. Kiminone performed the opening theme song “Laid-Back Journey,” whereas Asaka performed the series’ ending theme song “So Precious”.
