Peter Fanone is a NYC-based actor born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, two minutes away from George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate.
He is the brother of January 6 hero, veteran MPD detective Michael Fanone, who nearly lost his life protecting the US Capitol as Trump rioters descended on the West Tunnel entrance.
Peter began acting at a young age, performing in every elementary school musical at his alma mater Aquinas Montessori before going on to formally train at some of the best programs for acting in the world, including the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, the Yale School of Drama, Georgetown University (BA '15) and the consistently top-3 ranked American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, where he earned his MFA in Acting 2018.
From there he's been on stage and screen in countless productions, ranging from Off Broadway and LORT A to indie shorts and feature films, working alongside numerous acting greats including David Strathairn, John Douglas Thompson, and Graham Beckel.
Peter is also a professional musician with 26 original songs on Spotify, a classically trained pianist/vocalist, a self-taught guitarist, and his band The PFB has played at venues across NYC and DC, opening for bands including Misterwives and The Knocks.
An avid traveler and lover of history/politics both domestic and international, Peter interned for US Senators Mark Warner of VA and Christopher Dodd of Connecticut, has traveled to over 20 countries (and studied abroad in 4 of them) and is proficient in both Italian and Spanish.
When he's not acting, you'll find him taking long walks with his beautiful corgi daughter Emma, working out, studying for the next sommelier exam (he's currently level 2 certified with distinction), hanging with family and friends, editing his latest screenplay, or listening to the the newest episode of Pod Save America with the "Obama bros."
