The Joker - He has green hair, white face, a painted on smile and a luxurious purple suit. He may be the best dressed Batman villain...
3.
"A Clockwork Orange" Malcolm McDowell 1971 Warner
Alex - Holding his milk in his (nearly) all white outfit, he wears white trousers, white shoes, a white shirt and white braces, but with a black top hat.
Bane - Impossible to mistake in his brown, fur collared coat and bullet proof vest. But what really sets him apart is his mask that is designed to relive him of any physical pain.
Hannibal Lecter - In his least threatening state, chained up and muzzled, Lecter is probably at his scariest, in his prison jump suit there's something deeply unsettling about him.

Beetlejuice - The ghost with the most, rocks his white and black striped suit whilst terrorising the living.
Catwoman - Batman Returns' tight leather cat outfit is probably the most memorable of her movie looks, but I guess anythings better than Halle Berry's Catwoman...
Loki - Set for battle and world domination, Loki wears a mix of leather and golden armour he has his sceptre and he's put his goldie hawns on... Wait... What?
The Terminator - Hero, villain... It doesn't matter for this cyborg, leather biker jacket and dark shades are his stalwarts.
11.
"Dracula" Helen Chandler, Bela Lugosi 1931 Universal
Dracula - This age old count has had many variations, but has always had a definitive look, a smart suited vampire, dressed in black with his high collared flowing cape.
Pennywise - A classic looking clown, with a red nose, bushy hair, a white frilly collar and a huge yellow onesie type thing. I've always been scared of clowns!!
Bill 'The Butcher' Cutting - He wears a vibrant outfit, with a huge top hat, red overcoat, plaid trousers and has a terrifying glass eye, that he enjoys playing with.
Predator - Yet another villain in one of the movie's most memorable masks, it wears a fishnet top with bones attached to it, has blades strapped to it's wrist and has a laser canon on it's shoulder.
Catherine Tramell - Now, she's not a one outfit wonder, but her white dress is as famous as it is infamous, mainly because she forgot to put on her pants (or underwear, but I'm English.)
Chucky - In the picture above he's channeling Alex with his milk, but this crazy doll's normal clothing are dungarees with a blue and red striped t-shirt -- maybe not scary to you or me but he's the t…
Jason Voorhes - His main body of clothes is tatty, however the iconic hockey mask which he uses to hide his identity and to create sheer fright among his many victims.
24.
Dr. Evil
Dr. Evil - The doctors grey (or in this case) sparkly silver jacket and trouser combination, but Dr. Evil never really looks right without his sidekick; mini-me.
The Child Catcher - He wears an all black under layer, but this panto-villain, keeps his look in jest with his huge flowery hat and bright; yellow, red and blue circus themed cape.
27.
"Flash Gordon" Charles Middleton circa 1938
Ming the Merciless - He wears luxurious robes, and a star shaped necklace and he has a very tall collar, that sort of looks like a dog cone.
The Queen - Disney's first animated villain deserves her spot here, she wears her golden crown, an enormous white 'dracula inspired' collar and her purple and black robes.

Captain Hook - He looks like a traditional pirate villain, a grand hat, complete with a feather, he has a red overcoat, white ruffled ascot and let's not forget that hook.
Jafar - He wears a black turban completed with a ruby jewel and feather, he also, like many of the best villains sports a long flowing cape, but the difference with Jafar is that he has a golden staff…
