The remake of a Best Picture winner being a Best Picture winner itself would be pure Hollywood magic. -
CODA (2021)
Not only a terrific film but like The Departed (2006), a second instance of a Foreign film remake as a Best Picture. -
Nightmare Alley (2021)
Del Toro will object to the 'remake' term, but still, I'd love to see him join the directors' Elite Club (those who made 2 Best Picture winners).
