- Anton Dich was a Danish painter who studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen at the same time as Gerda Gottlieb and Einar Wegener. Dich's meeting with the Swedish artist Ivar Arosenius in 1908 led in the coming years to the development of an original and deeply personal style. In 1912 he married Ida Eva Adler Arosenius and together they moved to Paris.
