As Oscar breaks the news to Jaime, he tells her to make a run for it. When she does, she is immediately branded a fugitive wanted by the government.
- Jaime's native American soul mate Tommy Littlehorse is electrocuted and left for dead during a break in at the OSI labs. Since he was one of the few people with access to the top secret Rosebud project, suspicion falls on the comatose Littlehorse. However, Jaime is certain of his innocence and begins to receive visits from Tommy's out of body spirit form.

Officers Webster and Gillis investigate the possibility that the shooting was planned and wasn't because the shooter had a brain tumor.
- When a man who's going through a messy divorce hires Rick and A.J. to locate a man who could give vital testimony, they find him bring him to court, he testifies and his wife's alimony suit is dismissed. Later they learn that their client and the man they were hired to find were in cahoots so that he wouldn't have to pay his wife a divorce settlement. When they are unable to prove their client's collusion and Brown tells them to let it go. They decide to turn Brown's cousin Lucky a con man who's just been released from prison. Brown warns them that Lucky is not to be trusted and after they approach him, he is approached by some people whom he owes money to and offers them what he's going to get from Rick and A.J.'s plot.
- Dr. Jeffrey Dolenz, the infamous robot maker, has been hired to build a team of robots to rob Fort Knox. He refuses to start working however, until he's discovered the secrets of the bionic man who defeated his first robot. Therefore he spends his sponsor's money and time following Steve Austin, who is taking a well deserved rest on an Utah ranch.

- After the latest weigh-in, Melissa leaves the campus as the person who fell below the red line. Cheryl and Darrell, the two contestants who fell below the yellow line, complete their one-on-one challenge to see who goes home and who stays. Following, the remaining contestants, who were only last week told they were playing now as individuals, now learn that they will now be placed on teams, however not their original couple partnership, but a blue team trained by Bob, and a black team trained by Jillian. The winner of a temptation challenge has the power to select those teams, as well as select one undesignated person (which may be him/herself) to receive immunity for the week. The person with immunity will ultimately be on the team which loses a player at this week's weigh-in. Without knowing what the temptation challenge is, each contestant has to decide if they want to participate. After making the decision to play, those players have some regrets in that the temptations (consumption of high calorie foods) are not choices but necessary penalties of the game. The choices made by the winner of the challenge bother many of the other contestants, as well as Bob and Jillian. This week's reward challenge is one of strength and working together as a team. The winning team's rewards are letters from home. Before this week's weigh-in, the contestants have a reassessment by Dr. Huizenga.
