- In 1890, Gus Sascher joins the Austrian Army and romances the impoverished girl Elsa Hofner. Elsa instead marries the wealthier officer Franz von Renner, in an attempt at social climbing. The elderly Elsa helps them get married, shortly before her own death.

A portion of this video was shot in Mexico, while most of it shot in the backlot at Universal Studios In this video, Iglesias is depicted as a wanted man with the opening shot being a poster calling for his capture "dead or alive". Entering a sleepy Mexican town, he attracts several women who dance around him. Picking one out, they kiss until they are interrupted by people trying to claim the reward. Both Iglesias and the love interest manage to escape. The video also contains small snippets of scenes from the Wild Wild West movie.

When he discovers Stutz's real plans, Yantzee allows Kojak to send him to Stutz's flat with a wire on, hoping to get conclusive testimony that will clear him.
- In the series' first two-hour episode, Mac is called back to his previous career in CIA intelligence when an agent is found fatally poisoned in a hotel room. Before dying, the agent had grabbed the Venetian blinds over his window and twisted them. Mac and the intelligence community realize the dead man was identifying his killer as "Venice," a notorious rogue agent who sells secrets anywhere and murders anyone who might recognize him. Mac and other agents seek out a woman named Elena Standish, an undercover operative who is the only person to survive a Venice attack. Venice goes after Elena several times, killing a contact and wounding Elena. Mac suspects that Venice is someone very close to him in the intelligence community.
- Finally getting to spend a bit of leave time with his latest flame, Barbara, Quincy heads off away from Los Angeles. They nearly get run off the road and then witness an accident.
- Jim finds the murdered body of Prentiss Carr in his hotel room and after reporting the incident to the police learns it has been classified as suicide.
- A cop from San Francisco who's a friend of Dan's comes to Vegas. It seems that someone is targeting cops, sending them messages telling them when they will be killed usually with a number in it. The man follows the cop and kills him in front of Dan. Dan notices two women when his friend was killed. Dan decides to go to San Francisco and is shunned by the police department but decides to investigate nonetheless and sees the women and later learns that they're cops who were sent by his friend's boss to keep an eye on him. Their boss wants Dan to leave but upon learning that he made some discoveries decides to let Dan stay.
