- Set in 1954, Far East is the story of a young Naval officer, who is the heir to a Milwaukee beer fortune, on tour of duty in occupied Japan. He becomes trapped between his love for a beautiful Japanese woman and his family's value system, which he is trying to escape. With clever echoes of Madame Butterfly and From Here to Eternity, tensions mount at the collision of East with West, past with present, and duty with passion in this beautifully-crafted play.
- Kate Mulgrew, star of the popular medical drama "Heartbeat", hosts this daily half-an-hour show focused on helping parents of small children through parental guidance workshop where other parents share their personal experiences.
- Adapted from the group of stage monologues by the pseudononymous "Jane Martin," this is a series of characters snake handler, daughter, baton twirler, washed-up rodeo cowgirl, tattoed woman, and older woman in the twilight of her years talking with us about their experiences, in the poetic language that Jane Martin is known for bringing to all her stage characters. Kathy Bates does a wonderful job of translating these dead-on characters (talking directly to camera) from stage to television screen, and television turns out to be the perfect medium for these challenging figures. "Jane Martin" first came to prominence at the prestigious Louisville-based Humana Theatre Festival it was recently revealed that "she" is none other than the Festival's artistic director, Jon Jory.

- Ojo the bear sleeps over at Big Bear's house. Bear explains the importance of sleep to the viewer. Songs are sung to help the viewer be more comfortable with going to sleep and having dreams. Bedtime checklists are suggested for helping to prepare for bedtime.

- Ojo is sleeping over at the Big Blue House. Bear helps get ready to go to bed, tucks her in, and aids her in "surfing off to dreamland". Ojo falls fast asleep and Bear thinks of getting some himself when he hears a knocking at the back-door. It turns out that Jeremiah and Doc Hogg have arrived for an exciting card game of Go Fish. Jeremiah brought the cards: special cards that actually contain pictures of fish; but Bear hasn't even put out any snacks. He totally forgot that they were having their game and now all the noise threatens to disturb both Tutter and Ojo. Sure enough, Tutter shows up, saying that he needs a drink of water. Bear tries to attend to Tutter's needs, while keeping his attention on the card game as well.
- It's time for the Annual Woodland Valley Storytelling Festival at the Big Blue House and viewers are invited to come and listen in! As everyone gets ready for the story, Bear prepares the food and other accommodations, while also stopping to help his friends in the Big Blue House. Tutter's found a great beginning and ending for his story, but it's seriously lacking a middle. Bear also helps Treelo and Ojo with an idea for telling a story in pictures. Finally, guests from all over Woodland Valley start arriving in droves - everyone from Doc Hogg to Big Old Bullfrog. Doc Hogg "entertains" everyone with the story of his life; Pip and Pop read from a comic titled The Adventures of Clamiana Jones; Lois tells a tale in off-key song and Shadow sings the tale of "The Frog Prince."
- Bear and his charges have fun interactions with water.
- Bear and his friends are trying to have a normal day, but find themselves talking about the toilet and the bathroom. They relate important things to know about the process, and assure viewers that though accidents can happen, they are nothing to be ashamed of.
