Excellent western

This was actually my favorite western movie. It had beautiful imagery and conveyed a story that was similar to what Westerns had to face during the times when small groups of people moved west to start a new life and forget about everything that was East. They invented their own ways of life and stayed strayed from decency that was prevalent in the East. They had to face Indian raids, cattle thieves or 'rustlers' and no protection from the law. The main character of this movie was Johnny Mack, who thought that what Nixon was doing was wrong because Nixon claimed the ranchers had no right to the land. This was definitely a problem in the west as well, Federal Agents from the east would take land away and claim it for themselves, which was unfair but it was the law to do this and in the West, if you didn't like a law, you could use your gun to restore your rights.
