- Multiple characters lose their sanity during the film, sometimes leading to their supposed deaths. A character bursts into maniacal laughter and another character mindlessly walks away from the group, playing an ocarina, before disappearing for the rest of the film. Some audiences may find this behaviour upsetting.
- A constant sense of danger from the start. People are heard screaming out of fear. Some audiences may find this slightly disturbing.

Violence & Gore
- Near the end of the film, one of the characters escapes the canal, before immediately being captured by a group of Nazi soldiers. The camera pans towards a wall, where we see a pile of dead prisoners in a pool of blood who were supposedly executed. There are also blood splatters on the wall.
- In the climax of the film, one of the characters attempts to disarm a booby trap consisting of barbed wire and German grenades. He successfully disarms the first two grenades, but fails at disarming the third, setting off the booby trap. We then see the bloodied dead body of that character hanging from the barbed wire. One of the more graphic moments in the film.
