During the opening air battle sequence when the enemy jets are attacking, the number of allied jets shown changes in one scene from just 2 jets to 3 jets just before the allied jets roll into combat. You can just see the third aircraft nose in one scene before the scientist is shot down.
Constantly the words Over and Out are used in the radio transmission. As Over means I have finished transmission but am waiting for a response and Out means I have finished transmission and an not waiting for a response, they should never be used together.
One of the jets at the "North Korean" airbase is an American F-86 fighter. Although it has a red star - the North Korean identification mark - on the fuselage, at the top of the tail assembly at the back of the plane can be clearly seen the words, "California Air National Guard".
