Jack Heath is almost implicated in a murder case, his beautiful wife is being blackmailed.
This is very different to almost every other episode I've seen in this series, this one is a more complex mystery than I've seen so far, it's almost a whodunnit, there is definitely an air of mystery.
The plot itself is a little complex, I wasn't sure whether we were chasing a blackmailer or a killer. I did watch this one a second time, as I got a little muddled first time round. It is watchable however, and the outcome is pretty satisfying, a little more Durbridge than Wallace.
It's really interesting to learn that this film was released as a second picture to Carry on Spying, one of my favourites, I can imagine that had people laughing out loud, and this gave them a sense of intrigue.
It's quite a nice looking production, it looks pretty good, some of the dialogue is just a little bit clunky at times.
I really did enjoy Jack Watling's performance, such a nice actor.
6/10.
