- Dwan shows cleavage as Kong bathes her and pokes at her clothes. His expression also resembles human-like lustful leering, especially his eyes, though it comes off as cheesy and funny rather than creepy.
- Dwan wears a dress that opens up at the front of her legs, and when Kong picks her up, we clearly see her bare legs all the way up (only her crotch is covered). Later, Kong drops her in the water, and we clearly see her bare butt from a distance (implying that she isn't wearing any underwear, or that it is just really skimpy and barely covers her butt). This is clear for a couple of seconds (no frontal nudity is shown).
- After Jack rescues Dwan, she goes to hug him and her top falls down because Kong pulled it down and she had hold it up. The side of breast is seen. Jack is then shown bare chested after giving her his shirt.
- A woman is taking a shower. Only the silhouette from behind the curtain is seen.
- It's mentioned that Kong was trying to "rape" a woman.
- Kong pulls down a woman's dress; one of her nipples is very briefly seen.
- Natives dance orgiastically before the heroine is presented to Kong. The lead dancer, dressed as Kong, makes many pelvic thrusts in a loincloth, leaving little doubt as to what they assume Kong does with his sacrificial victims.

- Kong stomps on a man, killing him.
- Woman is kidnapped to be used as a sacrifice.
- Kong destroys a subway train and grabs a woman thinking it's Dwan. Realizing it's not her, he drops her and it's assumed she dies.
- Kong is burned by flame throwers. He throws some kind of debris at the flamethrowers and they blow up. They are not showed burning.
- Helicopter crashes and blows up after Kong pounces it with his hands. Men in it are killed.
- King Kong is graphically killed via gunfire from helicopter-mounted miniguns. The bullet wounds are very exaggerated with the bullets leaving massive holes and blood spraying out. He roars in pain and is soon nearly red with his blood. He collapses and then plummets to his death from the top of the World Trade Center.

- Some people in the movie smoke cigars. Dwan is seen smoking a cigarette.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Kong has a frightening, scary and mean looking demeanor. Might scare young children. His roar is loud.
- Due to Jack being promised that Kong would be harmlessly captured, the ending may catch viewers who are unaware of the original film's ending off-guard.
- Kind of a jump scare moment when Kong finds Dwan in the bar.

Sex & Nudity
- Dwan has on a revealing dress when the men find her floating unconscious in a dinghy. She's obviously wet and her nipples can be seen through her dress as she's passed from man to man. While still unconscious, they take her to a cabin room where Perko tries to undress her. Timmons stops him. She later wears another skimpy outfit when she's running on the beach.
Violence & Gore
- King Kong rips a giant snake's jaws apart. Quite a bit of blood and gore. An extended version has him wrestling with the snake for quite a long time before killing it. Snake is very fake working.
- Men fall to death from a log they were walking across after Kong shakes them off of it. Jack and Boan survive.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Tense music during the sacrifice scene. Will get your heart pounding.
- Kongs death is disturbing and emotional being that he was taken from his home and used as a side show attraction. Might upset animal rights activists.
- Dwan falls into the oil pit after trying to calm Kong down after he violently shakes the ship around. He saves her.
- The ending is incredibly gruesome and sad. King Kong is graphically shot repeatedly with minigun fire, resulting in him receiving a great number of bloody gunshot wounds with blood spraying out. Dwan is screaming and crying at them to stop as Kong is shot mercilessly.
