- There is some sexual references, jokes, and clothed sex in this movie.
- A man makes out with a woman.
- We briefly see Tom Atkins' bare bottom as he pulls his pants on after getting out of bed in the morning.
- A woman is in the shower. Partial nudity is seen and a hint of pubic hair is shown through the shower curtain.
- A man pulls down a woman's dress and exposes her breast before kissing it
- A man gets out of bed. We see his bare butt.
Violence & Gore

- A man gets crushed between two cars.
- A drunk gets his head ripped off by an assassin (includes squirting blood and gore).
- An assassin gouges a man's eyes out with his thumb and index finger. After this, he wipes off the blood that is on his leather gloves.
- A man punches an assassin in the gut, and forces his hand into his stomach. The assassin is seen vomiting a yellow substance.
- A man gets his skull ripped apart in the beginning.
- The overall violence is occasional, but come off as strong in impact.
- A young boy's head melts inside of a Halloween mask, and scores of bugs and snakes come gushing out of it.
- A man sends medallions embedded with a special computer chip down the skylight into a factory. The medallions react against the machinery, causing massive explosions throughout and we see several scientists perishing in the fire. The factory is later seen burning in the sky horizon.

- There is a little bit of smoking in the movie. One scene takes place in a bar. Dan drinks off and on. He allows Starker to take a rather large swig of his drink.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There are many jump scenes. The atmosphere of this movie is very dark and creepy. The scene of the mask demonstration can be disturbing to some viewers.
- The music that plays through the movie sets a very eerie and unsettling tone.
- The result of the "misfire" is extremely disturbing.
- The movie's ending is very scary and unusual.

- A female android gets her arm ripped off (wires can be seen hanging out of the wound). A man punches her head and the head falls off.
- A woman's face is shot by a laser. We see a closeup of her dismembered and gory face, which a bug crawls out of.
- A woman's head is drilled by an assassin (Offscreen)
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man calls up a station to remove the TV advert that kills anyone who wears Halloween masks. He repeats "stop it" as the advert keeps playing and his line echoes when it cuts to black which implies that the advert will play endlessly as children may die from watching it.
