The first part (or in some versions, the third part) of this anthology horror film, "Case Of Harry Billings" starring Richard Moll, was edited from an unfinished, unreleased 1981 horror film titled, "Scream Your Head Off" (although copies of it are reported to be available). That film was written by Philip Yordan and directed by John Carr (both were also credited as the writer and director of this film).
A double was used for actor Richard Moll in many shots of the "Harry" segment. The double wears the same clothes as Moll, and sports the same hairstyle, but the double's arms are very hairy, whereas Moll's arms are smooth.
The anthology is a compilation of three previously released full-length films: the unfinished film "Scream Your Head Off (1981)" which was later re-titled and edited into "Marilyn Alive and Behind Bars (1992)" as well as "The Dark Side to Love (1984)," and "Cataclysm (1980)."
Ferdy Mayne sent director Jay Schlossberg-Cohen a letter admitting that he was a little embarrassed by the movie after he saw the final finished version of the film.
This film was given an X rating by the MPAA after it was screened for them.
