- A man repeatedly hits on a woman by calling her "good-lookin' wool."
- A ragtag team of male and female construction workers arrive to demo the house. Some are shirtless or scantily clad.
- A woman wakes up in a man's bed and the man appears shirtless for the entire scene. It is implied they slept with each other when actually they did not. The rest of the movie the term "sleep/slept with him" is repeated at least a dozen times.
- The heroine's ex hits on her throughout the film.
- While the workers are watching through the window, a little moaning, a man and his girlfriend are supposedly having sex. They are both fully clothed, he's on top, as she wraps her legs around him. Scene lasts 21 seconds. Meant to be humorous.
- In the very beginning of the film, there is an up close shot of a dancing woman wearing a very revealing, sequined bikini. We see an up close of the side of her breasts that are mostly covered, and her partially exposed bottom.
- There are paintings that shows a topless women.
- A boy who may or may not be a teenager yet says he has "a chick up in the Jacuzzi".
- There is a statue outside of a little boy peeing. At one point the genitals are shown.

- Walter and Anna get into the hazards situations like they accidentally electrocuted, crushed, burned, attacked by a raccoon and more, but all of these are mild slapsticky violence.
