- The film revolves around a clown who stalks members of a phone sex company. There is much sexual talk, including moaning, graphic sexual talk, references and innuendo etc.
- A photo shoot with full frontal nudity, breasts are visible, this scene is a bit long as well.
- A few brief images on magazines and photos of frontal nude photos of women, breast are visible.
- A graphic sex scene, with breasts visible. Moaning and grunting, moderately long.

- A cop overhears a phone conversation between a sex phone worker and her client in which she says "oh you have such a big trigger(referring to his penis)" they keep talking about it for a minute.

- A man has a shovel shoved into his skull, gore visible.
- Two woman in separate scenes throughout are strangled to death.
- A prostitute has a glass bottle broken over her face and is shown dead in a bath of blood graphically murdered shortly afterward.
- A woman is hit over the head with a baseball bat, shortly afterward in the next scene they announce she was murdered.
- A man is shot several times with a handgun all over, blood is visible everywhere. Shortly afterward he gets up and then is shot in the stomach/chest area with a shotgun leaving a big hole in his stomach and blood everywhere and he dies. Shortly afterward his dead body is shown with lots of blood.
- A person attempts to strangle a woman to death, she gets free however.
- A woman is searching for evidence to prove someone is a killer, she looks around in his office and finds two cut off breast, cut from a woman's body in a filing cabinet.

- Multiple uses of "whore", "bitch, a couple uses of fuck. Shit and ass are also used as well.

- A woman asks a man if he's smoking a "joint" over the phone which it shows him doing.
- A scene where a man is drunk. He hassles, and is obnoxious to another man; he is also carrying around what appears to be a bottle of whiskey. Shortly after afterward, someone comments about how "he's just drunk"
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The killer in this movie wears a clown mask which can be unsettling to those that a have a fear and even those who don't.
- This whole movie shows graphic murders, and has display of psychotic and unsettling behavior.
- Many intense and frightening scenes, full of suspense.
