- No Nudity. No Sex, implied only.
- A scene of one overweight 60+yr old guy and black woman prostitute are in bed. Implied sex but they must have been interrupted, by the guy holding a knife over them (so they will be quiet).
Violence & Gore

- Several shootings result in blood sometimes very much.
- The movie has several face off scenes with gun and fist fights.
- Early in the movie, a bad guy holds cop hostage at gunpoint and orders the other officers to put their guns down. When they don't he expertly fires a warning shot by the cop's head. We see a bit of blood on the guy's head. Another guy manages to break it up with some shooting and punching.
- There's a vault heist that results in at least one unexpected death.
- Whilst running from the vault heist the bad guys end up in an Indian museum. Greed takes over, and one of them steals a thick arrow. This then results in yet another unexpected death shooting.
- There's a very long car and police chase. At one point the chase takes place on the sidewalk for a few blocks, smashing and knocking over vendor stands. The chase then has a car driving through an entire corporate office through one window and out the other taking out desks, phones, computers, printers, and other office machines.
- A guy gets shot in the back (later seen very bloody). Another guy rescues him and gets him back to health. We see the bloody wound and clothes several times.
- A guy has what looks like a knife put into his ear (but just barely and not at all fatally) to keep quiet.
- Later, there's a two on two fist fight, more bad guys come with guns.
- There are several other fist and gun fights that take place on the street, in a restaurant, and even lady's hair salon.
- Lots of people get shot (some bloody but brief). Lots of people get punched, kicked, and slammed up against the wall.
- A big old guy is taken hostage forced to be held captive into a car trunk.
- During the hair salon shoot out none of the ladies are badly hurt. One though comes close as bullets graze her hair pins and curlers.
- Late in the film a lady is shot, quite bloody and disturbing but not a long scene.
- There's a home invasion that results in at least two deaths.
- An Indian guy goes a bit mental in a department store and smashes open a glass case. This results in a bloody fist; while the scene lasts awhile the camera angle just gives us a gist of the injury.
- The final fight results in several people getting killed or at least shot.
- One guy gets shot with a very thick heavy arrow. This results in a huge amount of blood. The scene lasts a bit but because it is a night scene, it is not as gory looking.
- Overall there's a ton of action violence, which results in a heavy but not extreme amount of blood.
Profanity

- About 36 uses of the word fuck in one fashion or another. Shit, ass, damn, son of a bitch, bastard, hell, and some religious profanity are used numerous times as well (some of each might come close to 36 but not quite)
- Overall the movie is pretty foul mouthed but compared to others it's really tame.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Moderate Smoking and drinking thru/o.
- There's a scene where guys go to purchase drugs, but it's just to get to the bad guys.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Overall this is not a tame movie if one is disturbed by action violence. There are several fights and even tough physical stunts like a guy climbing a moving train and then having to lay down low as it goes into a tunnel.
- The guy that got shot has to do high physical stunts to which results falling on and getting kicked in his bullet wound a few times each.
- MESSAGE: If one is going to work undercover, (s)he must be very well prepared for those both sides including what happens when his/her cover is blown.
