- Near beginning of film, Stone is visited by an FBI agent. Stone is wearing nothing but a speedo. No male nudity. They enter the bedroom and there is a naked woman underneath the covers. She pulls the covers from herself and you see her butt and one breast.
- There is a bar scene with a couple of topless women dancing with up close shoots of their breasts. There is a scene of an outside shower with three naked women. Breasts and butts are scene as the camera moves by. Later, there is another bar scene where a woman is playing pool wearing an open vest. She takes a shot and shakes her bare breasts. In the background of that same scene, a woman is taking off her shirt and begins kissing a man (brief and hard to see.)
- There's a sex scene where female's breasts are visible. There's also a nude bar scene where female breasts are shown.
Violence & Gore

- Several scenes with action violence. In addition there's scenes of people all torn/bloody.
- Two guards are put in wooden crates and then shot.
- Two people get in a physical fight (although its a biker thing); blood/sweat is shown.
- A biker gang wreaks havoc in a courthouse; resulting in nearly 30 deaths.
- A guy falls, somersaulting down dozens of marble steps.
- Bad guys strap a bomb onto a cop, prior to torturing him with a game of Russian Roulette.

- Several scenes with action violence. See violence/gore. There are scenes in this movie that can be mesmerizing.

- The worst includes: A guy getting his hand chopped off in a spinning motorcycle wheel (we only see it going to happen, and don't see the end result, but the music is very sinister).
- Other milder instances: Bad guys rob the store and a cop handles it in a Dirty Harry way. An undercover cop gets shot but has a vest on. Bikers try to shoot beer cans off their friends heads. A bad guy kills a priest, gets sentenced for 30 years. The judge is then murdered by one of his gangmembers, which infuriates the mayor and decides to have the guy in prison killed.
