- Mrs. Doubtfire asks the mom "on a scale from 1-10" satisfaction score on Daniel. Question that refers to in the bedroom.
- Mrs.Doubtfire says her "husband" couldn't satisfy her with foreplay.
- Mrs. Doubtfire, in an attempt to get Stu to dump Miranda tells him that he has to compete with Miranda's "power tool" (vibrator). Chances are kids will not pick up on this.
- While attempting to deter Miranda's boyfriend from getting intimate with her, Mrs. Doubtfire makes several innuendos (bring cocktail sauce 'cos she's got crabs, hide the weasel, Little Jack Horny.) Kids will likely not understand what they mean.

- While trying to make dinner for the family, Mrs. Doubtfire's fake breasts catch on fire. However, the flames are quickly extinguished and the scene is largely played for laughs.
- Stu is tormented by Mrs. Doubtfire and nearly chokes to death on a shrimp until Doubtfire saves him.
- A few grotesque scenes involving human-like faces being shaped with latex, including a rudder old woman mask getting run over by a truck.
- A man is hit on the head with a fruit. He is unhurt but there is a loud smack when it hits him.
- A woman hits animals with a broom.
- When Daniel says that he hopes his ex-wife hasn't come down with amoebic dysentery, his youngest daughter asks what it is and her older brother describes it in graphic detail, causing her to believe that dad "wants mommy to die".
- A robber tries to steal Mrs. Doubtfire's purse.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- While the middle hour of the movie is comedic, the first 30 minutes and the last 15 minutes are quite serious in nature. The parents yell and fight in front of the kids, get a divorce, cry, go to court, fight for custody, etc.
- Daniel loses custody of his kids in court.
- No scary moments at all, as this film is a comedy/drama. However, for people who have been through their parents divorcing, some of the scenes can get very emotional for some.
- The scene at the beginning of the movie where Daniel and his wife decide to divorce could be very emotional/intense for some viewers. It starts out with the two of them yelling at each other very loudly while pointing out their respective flaws. Then, both of them start to tear up when they realize their marriage isn't working.

- Chris catches Mrs. Doubtfire peeing while standing up and runs to his sister shouting "She's a he-she!" When Mrs. Doubtfire comes in the room, Chris says that she'll get it "in the balls" to which his sister asks "she's got 'em?" He replies "She's got everything!"
- Chris catches Mrs Doubtfire peeing in the bathroom standing up. He runs to Lydia and tells her that she's half Man, half woman. However they realised that it was their Dad dressed as a lady so he can see them every day
