I saw this movie as part of Channel 4's 'Dyke TV' schedule a few years ago. It was slow, garbled and totally devoid of any redeeming qualities. I found many of the scenes cringe-worthy and was distinctly unimpressed by the storyline and acting. I was distinctly unimpressed by the 'wedding' scene and found the content of the 'vows' rather offencive.
I would strongly recommend anyone looking for quality (in terms of acting/story rather than audio-visual!), low budget lesbian films to have a look at 'Go Fish'. A more mainstream movie, 'Bound' is infinitely better - superb acting and a clever storyline. I wouldn't waste my time or money on watching 'Fanci's Persuasion' - it's only 80 minutes long, but it's 80 minutes of your life which you will never get back!
