Good play of the actors in this typical drama about women involved in the armed forces (appropriate?/sexual harassment etc.) (That's almost another genre in the 90's, isn't it?). The story even tries to go to the complexities of a crime/detective investigation plot. The few almost unrealistic scenes will not make it a story hard to believe. You will be able in general to predict the next 10-15 minutes of the movie but at many stages it will hold you in tension.

Before Marg Helgenberger got her start on CSI. This TV movie is probably got the EP's on CSI, to cast her. She did alright job of the investigator. A female naval investigator is brought aboard a military cargo ship to investigate an attempted gang rape. When the victim is found dead, and other seamen meet fatal ''accidents'', she must track down the evasive killer. Her relentless probing ultimately results in the exposure of a heroin smuggling scheme by a female warrant officer, who murdered her fellow shipmates when they discovered her illegal operation.
