- In the fourth story, a man is almost naked, and the only thing he's wearing is tight underwear, and a bulge is clearly seen.
- Several female bodies, covered in clear plastic, though nothing can be seen.
Violence & Gore

- The final story has an intense sequence which includes rapid-fire editing of clips and photos of actual lynchings, hangings, and racial violence which is very upsetting to watch.
- A man's head is torn off. His headless body falls back into view. A zombie holds his severed head in full view
- A man gets punched in the face. Blood comes from his mouth.
- A group of teenagers pull guns on a man
- A man is beaten by by three cops
- A cop pees on a grave only to be pulled into it
- A cop crashes a cop car
- Several syringes are launched into a man's torso before his flesh is melted off into a wall. Brief but graphic.
- A man's bones are broken after a magic drawing of him is crumpled, causing him to end up a brutal mess of shattered bones. The paper is then stomped on and blood is shown splattering onto the leg.
- A boy is brutally beaten off screen but his screams are heard.
- A woman is beaten and gets a bloody nose
- A man falls down a flight of stairs and hits his head at the bottom, killing him. Some blood is shown smearing on the wall but this is brief.
- A man shoots a doll with a shotgun
- A man is bitten to death by several sentient dolls and his flesh is gradually ripped off his body. Some parts of flesh are briefly seen in the teeth of the sentient dolls.
- A man's eyes light up and he burns the guns out of the teenagers hands

- This films contains the F word several times in various contexts (Fuck you, fuck off, you fucker, you motherfucker)
- Nigger is used at least twice towards a man of ethnic origins
- Shit is used several times though most of the time, the word is used in context to drugs.

- A cop forcefully injects a beaten and unconscious man with some form of intravenous drug, likely heroin.
- several scenes of men smoking pot and smoking cigarettes
- One drinks from an alcohol bottle
- Teenagers with intent to rob speak of drugs throughout the movie.

- The second story, of child abuse, is very disturbing -- parents, keep your kids from this one.
- During the last story there are flashing images of dead people which can be disturbing and also dangerous for epileptics.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- A man exits his car and shot to death, some blood is shown spurting from his chest and shoulder briefly. Three other men then proceed to shoot the killer in the back but are confronted by police officers before they can kill him and are shot to death while running; no blood is shown.
- There is a montage of several people being shot to death with blood splattering everywhere, very graphic. Following this a man is shot to death with lots of blood spray from his chest.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The climax where the boys are told they are in hell and they see their own dead bodies is creepy, then the mortician reveals himself to be Satan and the boys end up roasting in hell for all eternity
