- There's no footage of sex but bare breasts can be seen, a few scenes also show the genitals of small boys who get their foreskins cut off. There's footage of clitoris removal, and there's footage of a man who gets his penis cut off. The man gets his own penis shoved into his mouth.
Violence & Gore

- There's footage shown of a cockfight, a man is seen attaching a knife to the legs of a rooster. From a distance you get to see how the animals peck and slash eachother to death.
- There's footage shown of an african girl who gets her bare breasts scarred with a razor.
- Footage is shown of the victims of a suicide bomber, many dead and mutilated adults and children can be seen.
- There's footage shown of a dead man lying on the street with a piece missing from his face (the man probably got shot), muscle tisue and gore can be seen.
- There's footage of an interview with a disfigured man who got mauled by a pack of pittbulls.
- There's footage (possibly staged), which shows a man who gets his penis cut of. His attacker takes his penis and shoves it in the man's mouth
- There's footage of a dog fight between two pit bulls. They ferociously bite and attack each other but neither are seen dying.
- There's incredibly brutal and disturbing footage which shows hunters who kill dolphins by stabbing them with spears, some of the dolphins can be seen twitching in the water.
- Autopsy footage is shown, including organ removal.
- A dead man is seen sitting in a car with half of his head torn off.
- There's footage of the butchering of a camel, the camel gets stabbed in the throat (blood is seen pouring out). The camel gets cut to pieces, in the end it's bladder is removed. A few people drink the bladder's content (bodily waste).
- A hunter riding a horse throws a fox at a pack of dogs (it's not clear if the fox is dead or alive), the fox is torn to pieces by the dogs.
- There's a montage shown featuring car crashes (during a race), some of the drivers are seen injured or passed out.
- A graphic still is shown of a man who's face is completely mutilated, the narrator explains that the man was under influence of angel dust. And tried to remove his face with pieces of broken glass, the man fed the pieces of flesh and skin to his dogs. Medics tried to empty the stomaches of the dogs in order to save a few pieces of the man's face.
- A burn victim is carried into an ambulance by medics, his hands are seen with pieces of peeled skin hanging off.
- There are several clips which show bullfights, one clip shows a matador stabbing a a bull in the back. Blood starts to run out of the bulls mouth, and the animal dies.
- A man is seen eating live scorpions.
