Draco : [leaning his head close to Kara] Well, how many dragons do you know?

Kara : [leans back and crosses her arms] Really? Then why were you in my village?

[pause]
Kara : For God's sake, release him.
[Einon draws his bow and shoots Redbeard in the chest, he falls]
Kara : Father!
King Einon : I've always said death is a release, not a punishment!

King Einon : Next time stab more flesh. Less cloth.
Kara : I'll pierce your heart!
King Einon : You already did.

[Kara stands in the middle of the village, shouting while the villagers throw fruit and rotten vegetables at her]
Kara : Throw off the yoke of Einon's oppression! We must start to fight back!
Hewe : Your father sang that sour tune once and we did fight back, and once was enough. We'll not dance to it again!
Kara : No, Hewe, just cringe like a dog under Einon's boot!
Hewe : At least a cringing dog's a live one!

King Einon : [Falls back against the wall with a stab wound to the shoulder] Next time, stab more flesh, less cloth.
Kara : [Brandishing a knife] I'll pierce your heart!
[Lunges toward Einon to stab him again]
King Einon : [Grabs her wrists and forces her onto the bed, taking the knife away] You already did! A very special heart, like no other.
Kara : A black, withered thing without pity!
King Einon : [Forces Kara to look at him] Then teach me. Pity me. I'll give you everything. Even power. You're so beautiful...
[Forcefully kisses her]
King Einon : Even power. Even a throne.
[Puts on a robe and leaves the bedchamber]
