- Several bodies are seen crucified, nailed to walls and bleeding. Pretty graphic and disturbing. Other bloody, crucified bodies are seen in black-and-white pictures, but you don't get a good look at them.

- Two guys get their throats slit with a jack knife.
- In a brawl, a guy is thrown over the ledge of a dock and his body lands on spikes. Blood is seen.
- A teenage high school student holds other students at gunpoint in a classroom. An armed cop comes in and tells him to drop the gun. The student points the gun at his own head in order to kill himself. The cop jumps him, knocking both him and the student out the window, and crashing into the window of another classroom. The student surrenders and is taken to jail.
- A guy is tortured by being shot in the leg and the hand.
- Durring a fight with an intruder, a guys house catches on fire and he leaves before it can blow up.

- The main villian is a serial killer who breaks into house at night and kills married couples in their beds. When police arive at the crime scene we see murder victims all bloodied and nailed the wall to look like a crucifixion.
- In the climax, Cole and Donald have a martial arts duel at an apartment building. Lots of brutal punching and kick. Cole busts Donald's nose and Donald bust Cole's nose in return. Both their noses are seen bleeding. Cole continue to brutally beat up Donald, then grabs him with a judo hold and throws him. out a window. Donald's body is seen impaled on a fence pole with blood on the pole.
