The very first combat mission, before the player has met the Envoy to the Emperor, is the only time in the game in which the briefing officer gives both the primary and secondary mission objectives. If the player completes both objective sets, a special section of the debriefing appears as "What extra did we accomplish?" Interestingly, however, upon completing the secondary objectives within the mission itself, a radio message is received from the Secret Envoy, which the player has not yet met.
If the player manages to pass Level 10 in the training simulator, the number of shots required to destroy the center turning wheels resets to the first level, with Level 11 requiring the same number of shots as Level 1, Level 12 as 2, and so on. This makes it possible for the player to easily reach the 14th or 15th simulator level before the number of shots again becomes too many to hit in the allotted time.
