Kaleo great but the only good acting.
Brace_McGavock19 November 2001
Kaleo Quenzar was a really surprising actor in the film but the only one. Lynn and Miriam were also somewhat good, but not up to Kaleo's rank. Everyone else was pretty lame. The movie itself was good but not fantastic. It's worth watching but only once. You can actually watch the movie for free online.

very fresh comedy with a memphis twist. the actors will keep you mezmorized and wrapped up in their lives even beyond the credits. if you can find it showing some where, i suggest you run to the theatre. if you can find a tape of it, well, then you're luckier than i.

hysterically funny, definitely worth seeing!

This movie was hysterical. The quality of the film was phenomenal.. especially considering the low budget. This film should be picked up by a major distributor so the rest of the country can see it. The cinematography is spectacular too.

Very Funny

I thought this movie was hilarious, everyone in the theatre was laughing their heads off. It also had a few poignant scenes, and a bunch of weird and goofy characters that you will never forget. What I like about the story, is that in spite of all that happens with Alex and the other characters, you know these people really care about each other, and in a way sends the message how we need and value our friendships.

It a great Memphis story. You move hear and it sucks you in like a black hole. Everyone is great. If you get to see it check out the speed sequence. I'm not just raving about this film because I know the actors/film makers. It won The Guerilla Marketing Award at Sundance film fest. It can't be that bad.

Great Film! These guys have made an incredible first feature. If you hear about it showing where you can see it...GO! Here's hoping that they get a distribution deal. Everyone needs a chance to see this.

Good Stuff

I saw this movie... no, FILM at the Memphis Independent Film Festival in the summer of 1999. Although there were technical difficulties in the first minute or so, the film itself was abso-****ing-lutely incredible! It depicts the inner struggle of a regular ol' guy with some hard luck. I loved this movie! The solidification of a theme known so well to Memphians (about the feeling that you just can't get away) is flawless. Fine Grind Films did an incredible job for their first major public project. thank you for reading.
