- A character is stabbed in the back of the neck. You see the blade enter the neck but there is no blood. When the person falls to the ground an oily black fluid is seen pooling out from the wound.

- While exploring the final location, there are mild jump scares when the player is suddenly ambushed by armed guards.
- There are three "Game Over" scenes which include mild jump scares. Two from loud gunshot sounds when the player is suddenly and unexpectedly shot from behind, and another where the main characters dead body is suddenly shown landing on the ground with a loud ominous sound effect.
