Sex & Nudity

- Sexual innuendo and dialogue throughout the game. Sex are never explicitly mentioned, but often hinted to in various phrases like "bunking with him", "score" and "she really gets my bone tingling". One of the characters is a wild woman who sleeps with anyone, as long as they have money.
- The main character has to go through a strip search by a female skeleton at a security station, which she clearly looks forward to.
Violence & Gore

- No blood, but characters gets punched and multiple uses of "sprout" guns to kill skeletons. Skeletons often scream in pain before dying when shot, and some has to amputate their body to avoid it getting to the head.
- One of the main characters rips their heart out in a very cartoony fashion, throws it away and nearly dies.
Profanity

- Mild language, like "damn", "hell" and "ass" are uttered 3 or 4 times.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- There's a lot of smoking in this game as well as a few moments where Manny drinks. One of the characters has a drinking problem.

- The theme of death is present throughout the game, some of the deaths mentioned in violence & gore might be too much for younger players.
