One scene required an urban traffic jam. In 1960, there were few cars in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. In order to shoot this scene, they had to divert traffic in the city into the main street, to generate impression of a jam. By today's standards, the traffic in the scene still moves very well. In real life, since the seventies, this street has been jammed with cars most of the time.
As of 2016 it was included in the #100 Serbian movies list (1911-1999) and protected as cultural heritage of great importance.
