Actor Jason Priestly has taken a step behind the camera - but it's taken over a year for his directorial debut to hit the screens. The former 90210 star got his first taste of directing working with media mogul Aaron Spelling on the hit teen drama, and leapt at the chance to direct his first two hour feature Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye (1999)(TV) But after a hectic 24 day schedule, the movie which was shot in July of 1999 has taken over a year to be picked up by Fox TV - something Priestly's putting down to bad luck. He says, "It's taken a year but there were some personnel changes at Fox that held things up. That happens." But the hold-ups haven't put Priestly off the whole experience. He adds, "I'd like to direct more of these. We'll just have to see how this one is received."...
