Sex & Nudity
-
- Black Orchid's outfit is a skintight, jade-colored leotard that hugs her curvaceous body. This time around, as opposed to the previous game, her outfit is a little more revealing, with the lower half cut into a bikini bottom-like shape where the back end is akin to a thong, revealing her buttocks rather plainly.
- Maya's outfit is even more revealing, and is little more than a green bra and grass short-shorts.
Violence & Gore
-
- Mild to strong fighting violence; characters fight one another in one-on-one battles involving various attacks including punches, kicks, slaps, strikes with weapons and special movies, both melee-based and projectile. Players can strings regular blows into fast-paced and stylish combos with precise button hits, increasing the damaging threshold at a higher rate.
- Blood in varying amounts (from minor to copious) occur with strong enough attacks and combos; the bloodshed contained is quite mild compared to, say, Mortal Kombat, but still appears all the same.
- The characters all have finishing moves/fatalities at their disposal they can unleash when a defeated opponent is on his/her last legs, and while they do end in the opponent dying/being killed, they are not nearly as graphic as the likes of Mortal Kombat or Primal Rage.
Profanity
-
- None.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
-
- None.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- The matches are fast-paced, and a good heated battle can get quite tense.
- The character of Sabrewulf is a lycan/werewolf residing in a dark and dreary castle, playing up a horror motif. The same can be said for Spinal, a sentient skeleton pirate, in which his stage is a rickety boot populated with/oared by a skeletal crew during a night storm. The music for both stages take a dark and horrific vibe.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The game is slightly darker than the first game, content wise.
