  • A man is stabbed in the neck with a small knife in self defense by the main character. The penetration isn't shown but we see the realistic wound with lots of blood leaking out of it. The man takes a few seconds to die as he collapses onto the floor convulsing and gurgling with a pool of blood spreading out.
