Sex & Nudity

  • In the New York level there is a sign that says live nudes there is no way to look or get inside.

Violence & Gore

  • One of the most goriest video games of all times.
  • Weapons are capable of fully dismembering enemies.
  • Using an explosive on an enemy causes the corpse to become charred and might cause dismemberment.

Profanity

  • Very little profanity, I'm pretty sure only hell is used a couple times.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • There is some smoking.
  • Someone asks a friend if he wants to get a drink after work, you can only understand what they are saying if you have subtitles on, because they do not speak english.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The violence is very disturbing. However, this is rather tame compared to its sequel "Soldier of Fortune 2: Double Helix", which features MUCH more violence and gore than this game, and the violence of this game is somewhat cartoonish by today's standards, but it's still incredibly graphic.
