U.S. Spanish-Language streaming platform Pantaya and Spanish-language production powerhouse El Estudio have wrapped shooting on their cringey comedy co-production “Pena Ajena,” based on the Spanish Movistar Plus hit original series “Vergüenza.” The Mexican adaptation co-stars film and TV standouts Adrián Uribe and Mónica Huarte (“Tired of Kissing Frogs”).
Santiago Fábregas (“Taco Chronicles”) and Diego Graue (“El Candidato Rayo”) both co-wrote and co-directed the series’ 10 half-hour episodes, joined in the writers’ room by co-scribes Francisco González Payó (“Saving Private Pérez”) and Dariela Pérez Hernández (“The House of Flowers”).
“Good comedy is hard to find, great comedy is a diamond in the rough. Between a cast featuring Adrián and Mónica as the main couple, a great crew and creative team led by Santi Fábregas, all of them backed by Pablo Cruz and his El Estudio banner, we feel that ‘Pena Ajena’ is a crown jewel of comedy,” said Mario Almeida, Pantaya head of content.

Sony Pictures has shared an official photo from the production of Jumanji 3, and it features the gang assembled for another wild adventure.
The photo features Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan back in the same outfits that they wore in the last movie. After all, video game characters don’t change their clothes. They will be joined by Awkwafina, Danny DeVito, and Nick Jonas.
The director of the previous film, Jake Kasdan (Orange County, Bad Teacher), is returning to helm the sequel from a script written by Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner.
There are no details on the story, but the photo suggests that Jumanji 3 will go back into the game. It has been speculated that the story could take place in the real world, and it’s certainly a possibility that the movie could take place in both settings.

“Given how much those guys have supplemented my life with joy and awe, that we could give anything back to them is a humbling thing,” Hunter Ginn, co-host of the Radical Research podcast, said on a June episode. It's become a surprise commercial and critical hit - so what has the new Jumanji film got right?
Spoilers lie ahead for Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle.
Over the weekend, I was back at my local multiplex to see the quite wonderful Coco. On the way in, I saw the manager of said picture palace, and we had a bit of a chat. He’s a friendly man, and just the kind of manager you want: always checks that everyone’s okay, is there if anything goes wrong.
He’s also good for a bit of insider chat, too. And we got talking about Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle.
I don’t think I was alone in inwardly sighing when I first learned of a reboot/sequel to Jumanji. I don’t hold massive affection for the original (although I thought Zathura was great), but still enjoyed it.

Journalists were left fuming after they were told they could only interview Penélope Cruz if they spoke to minor stars from another flick first. A host of media employees turned up to Essex House in Manhattan to talk to the stunning Spaniard about her new movie Vanilla Sky, but were told by Paramount executives they would have to cover a low-key film, Orange County, too.
