Monday’s episode of The Voice teed up at least one Blind Audition that qualified as “out of this world.” In fact, when Nini Iris was done, a gobsmacked Niall Horan had to ask, “What planet do you come from?” But, would his enthusiastic entreaties sway the standout to join his team and not John Legend, Gwen Stefani or Reba McEntire’s? Read on, and you can not only watch Nini’s performance but find out who she picked to be her coach, which performances at least I liked better, and who else advanced to the Battles.

Singer Lewis Capaldi has made a “most difficult decision” to cancel all his remaining tour dates to focus on adjusting himself after being diagnosed with Tourette’s.
The tour cancellation comes after his Glastonbury concert on June 24, where his voice broke in the middle of singing “Someone You Loved.” Concertgoers quickly came to his aide and sang his hit song with him. The Saturday event was also his first time returning from his three-week break to focus on his mental and physical health.
On Tuesday, Capaldi posted a message for his fans.
He wrote that he had hoped the three weeks away would help him but “the truth is [he] is still learning to adjust to the impact of [his] Tourette’s.” He also referred to the Glastonbury concert as an “obvious” sign that he needed more time to focus on getting his “mental and physical health in order.”

I haven’t got to the point where any of this feels normal to me yet,” says Lewis Capaldi. He points out that we’re speaking “six years, to the day” since he released his first single, “Bruises”, which quickly racked up 28 million plays on Spotify, making the Glaswegian the fastest unsigned artist to reach 25 million streams on the platform. The following year he wrote a song about the loss of his grandmother – “Someone You Loved” – that would be streamed a staggering 2.8 billion times.
Now “Forget Me” – the lead single from his second album, Broken by Desire to Be Heavenly Sent – has turned platinum in the UK, and he’s still finding his success “just... pfffft... just f***ing bizarre, y’know? I don’t think it will ever feel normal.”

Lewis Capaldi needs to reconnect with his roots. In the announcement video for his upcoming Netflix documentary How I’m Feeling Now, the Scottish musician cycles through a number of identities, cosplaying as the streaming platform’s greatest hits. One moment he’s vying for the hand of a duke like a Bridgerton character and in the next, he’s a strategic Squid Game contestant. Charlie Simpson, recent winner of The Masked Singer, has revealed that he chose his rhino costume on the show as a nod to his wife’s childhood and family.
The former Busted frontman won ITV’s secret singing competition on Saturday evening, after he performed three songs including Lewis Capaldi’s “Before You Go”.
Now, the 37-year-old has explained the sentimental reason why he decided to opt for a rhino costume.

He continued: “They’re really endangered and they have to be guarded by military personnel now, so the poachers don’t get them and I actually got to go and walk around with them, with these guards,...

In an Instagram live session, singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi has revealed that he’s been diagnosed with Tourette syndrome and is being treated with injections to manage symptoms.
Tourette syndrome is a neurological disorder characterized by sudden, repetitive, rapid, and unwanted movements or vocal sounds.
The 25-year-old pop singer is best known for his No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 singles “Someone You Loved” and “Before You Go.” His debut album, Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent was the UK’s best-selling album in 2019 and 2020. “Someone You Loved” was nominated for the Grammy “Song of the Year” award, and became the longest-running Top 10 UK single of all-time by a British artist.
Capaldi said he has a shoulder twitch caused by the Tourette condition. He said that he initially feared he had “some horrible degenerative disease.” He said he was going public to avoid rumors of drug use, and that he was “learning new ways to cope” with it.

Each year, the fine folks at Warner Bros. Animation serve up a handful of films based on DC properties and, more often than not, they knock it out of the park. Not only that, but a significant portion of the fanbase argues that they’re superior to what’s offered in the live action realm. And, to be completely honest, I have to concede in most cases.

England has certainly produced a lot of pop and rock singers over the last several decades. Wham! was one of the few that actually didn’t last on the charts for that long but they were a big hit in the 1980’s. Their song Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go was one of the most catchy tunes that still survives today. It can be heard on various stations that play oldies to everything and is still one of the favorite of the older generation when it makes an appearance. Honestly it’s easy to groove to and offers a very pleasant level

The time has arrived: the 89th Academy Awards will occur tomorrow, February 26, and we’ll finally know which films and which stars will take home those coveted statues. This is one of the most talked-about events on TV each year but, while everyone is excited for the spectacle and excitement of it all, that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t garner critics. Before you go complaining about the show, let’s educate you on some statistics.
With Jimmy Kimmel hosting the show on ABC — at 8 p.m. Et and 5 p.m. Pt, of course — we know we’re all in for quite the entertaining three-plus hours of glitz and glamour. It’s almost certain that La La Land will dominate the awards and it’s almost a given that a ton of people will utter Donald Trump’s name in some way.

It's been a while since we've heard anything about Sony's animated Spider-Man movie, but it's looking like reports of it revolving around Miles Morales were correct. Backstage has a casting call up for an upcoming Sony Animations project codenamed, "Cabin Fever." A synopsis says only that it "chronicles the adventures of two unlikely friends, Terrence and Pete," but it's thought this is actually Spider-Man. For Terrence, the studio is looking for a male between 13 - 15 who is described as "a young African-American/Puerto Rican teen from Brooklyn; he is new to this suburban school and now feeling out of place, overwhelmed, pressured with new responsibilities, and dealing with puberty; while trying to fit in he must do his best to stay out of trouble; along the way in developing his identity he's losing old friends but now making a new one, Pete." That definitely sounds an awful lot like Miles Morales!

George Michael‘s already massive estate could stand to see up to $10 million more over the next two years as his music soars in popularity in the wake of his death.
