(at around 59 mins) When the Creeper removes his head, he throws his head forward, toward the back of the bus but ends up going toward the front of the bus.
(at around 7 mins) Toward the beginning of the film, when farmer Taggert and his older son are chasing the Creeper as he is dragging away the younger son, the sun is at their backs. When the Creeper flies away with the kid a minute later, they are now facing the sun, it having made a 180 degree change in position.
(at around 10 mins) When the coach and bus driver check the first tire, the Creeper's throwing star is shown stuck in the inside of the sidewall, not the outside where it would have been.
(at around 8 mins) When the young people in the bus near the start of the movie all rush to the left hand side to hold up the banner and get the guy in the pick up truck with the bug on the roof to wave, the guy in the pick up truck is waving from the right hand side making the pick up truck right hand drive but in the previous scene when it was behind the bus it was a left hand drive pick up truck.
(at around 10 mins) When the coach is trying to pull the object out of the tire, the wider shot shows him using his left arm, but the close shot shows a right hand pulling it out.
The Creeper is supposed to hunt every spring. In the opening scenes, the cornfields all show full stalks of corn. Cornstalks are not that full until late summer or fall. In the spring, they are just being planted.
(at around 14 mins) The dagger that flies from Taggert's hand at high velocity barely punctures the woven fabric lampshade.
(at around 12 mins) The radio announcer claims that some of the bodies found in the church had false teeth made of wood. Wood is too soft to be used for dentures and in the past ivory from elephants, hippos or walruses was used instead. The reason people thought it was wood is that ivory can have a grain resembling wood.
(at around 57 mins) After one of the Creeper's youthful victims has his head ripped off, he flails around for a while before collapsing. For various reasons this can happen with chickens but not human beings.
(at around 1h 6 mins) When almost everybody flees the bus, they are shown escaping in a long tracking shot. Given that the guys are trained athletes/basketball players, they should easily outrun the girls. However, they stay as a group with some of the girls leading the pack.
(at around 50 mins) The eyeball on the javelin is looking the wrong way.
(at around 36 mins) When the Creeper is choosing his victims and he climbs sideways up the side of the bus, the guide wires holding him up are visibly seen above him.
(at around 50 mins) When the Creeper is trying to remove the javelin that he was stabbed in the head with, you can clearly see that the piece of pole attached to his head is stationary. The ends he is holding on to are just sliding back and forth, making it seem like he is sliding the entire pole trying to remove it.
(at around 14 mins) When the dagger flies out of Haggar's hand into the lamp you hear the bulb break yet in the next shot the light is still on.
(at around 1h 24 mins) When the Creeper crashes through the truck and causes it to flip end over end near the end of the film, the device that was used to blow the rear end of the truck upwards is visible on the bottom of the truck under the bed.
