For years, Robert Carlyle fans have been on the hunt for an early movie that he did called 'Tender Blue Eyes'. They can all rest now, as the hard work has been done & it was purchased by my intrepid friend Vanessa for the princely sum of 1 Euro. All I can say is 'Thank god!' as it turns out that 'our' Robert Carlyle is not in it AT ALL! It is a 65 min low budget flick that was in German, so I didn't get the finer points as discussed in it. However the general gist is that there is Younger Fascetti, who has the hots for some young busty girl & is in some kind of conflict with his father. The girls in the movie have no compunction about whipping their tops off at every opportunity, but to be honest, by about 5 minutes in I was more interested in the fluff on my trousers that the action on screen. It is beyond me why Robert has never actually said 'I wasn't in it', or perhaps it matters not one jot to him, I don't know. However, I'm glad that this one can be laid to rest, finally!
